Sana got up and , kaka said " ek baar khoshish toh kijiye , aap kuch bhi Jeet sakti hai " . Sana thought something and she decided to go and tell him everything, so she started the car and went . Tears are rolling from her eyes. She thought about every single second which they spent together. And curse herself that how she can do all this. How can she doesn't believe him and herself? She has to talk to him once. Then suddenly a truck push her car and she met with an accident.
After a while , Here Ayaan was looking at all the things, then his phone rang , he took that and ran to hospital. He reached there. And saw Dr Anjali .Treated Sana. Ayaan in fear " Anjali kaisi hai woh ?? Aur ye sab kya hua ??" Anjali " don't know Ayaan, police said bhut rash driving thi , aur isley ek dusri car ke sath accident hua hai, but aur kuch nhi pata , abhi uski halat kaafi critical hai , will see what we can do " she said and move to OT . Then Aarav and anju ji also reached. Then Dr Anjali come out from OT and everyone asked about Sana , she saw sidharth then she said " Ayaan aur tum sidharth.. mere sath aao " they follow her and come to her cabin , she said while sitting on chair , " uski haalat kaafi critical hai, hume operation karna padega " Ayaan in concern " toh problem kya hai .. do it .. He came to the terrace. While everyone was waiting there near OT. Ayaan and Anjali saw him. They looked at eachother and Sidharth came out and he made some calls . Then they heard a police siren , everyone came into the corridor, Aarav came forward , Aarav " yes inspector" inspector " humein ms Sana ke accident par doubt hai, " Aarav " matlab ?" It's 3 am. Sidharth was Standing in front of OT and just looking at Sana , who is laying on bed with support systems. Ayaan saw everyone, he convinced everyone to go home , they all left and said they would come back in the morning. He saw Sidharth but didn't say anything to him. Then Sidharth's phone beeped , he took that and moved to Dr Anjali cabin , he came and said " kaam ho gya hai , woh kal subah Tak aa rhi hai " he gave a number to her and left from there . Dr. Anjali starts preparing for the operation which is going to happen tomorrow morning. Dr. Anjali come and said " Sana ka blood o positive hai , aur humare hospital mein ye blood nhi hai , humein Dr. Meher ke aane se phale blood arrange karna hai " Ayaan get up and said " mera blood hai o positive. " Anjali '' that's great aao tum aayan , kuch check up kar lete hai " he moved with her while he once looked at Sidharth, who had a thanking expression on his face.
Sidharth again looked into Sana's room where Aarav was sitting with her.
Ayaan come and put his hand on him, sidharth turned and said " " thank you Ayaan " Ayaan smile and said " chalo upper chalte hai .. yahan abhi waqt lagega " they both come at terrace Ayaan while pass a cup of tea to him " kya jante ho tum Sana ke baare mein " sidharth while take that " jyada kuch nhi , bas ye hi ki woh Mumbai me apne bhai ke sath rhati thi aur ek event managing company me kaam karti thi " Ayaan smile sarcastically " she loves u .. ye toh jante ho na ?" Sidharth " no she not .. agar asa hota toh woh mujhe Bina wajha chod kar nhi jati " Ayaan " ryt bina wajha nhi jati… lekin Syd koi wajha ho asa karne ki … tum janan nhi chate usse ?" With that it's morning. Everyone comes to the hospital and her operations are about to start .
Then Dr. Meher come with dr. Anjali. Dr. Meher stopped in front of sidharth and said " baat karni hai aapse " he nodded in yes and they come inside the confrence room, sidharth close the room and said while turn to her " jo chaiye woh mang lo , lekin Sana ko kuch nhi hona chaiye ' dr. Meher " tum apni achaiye chupana kyu chate ho ?" Sidharth " hai bhut si wajha . Jo main nhi bata sakta " dr. Meher nodded in yes and said " mujhe unki file milegi , he passed that file and she asked " bhut pyar karte ho isse " sidharth didn't say anything and turned his face . Meher ' main chalti hu Operation shuru karna hai " he nodded in yes and come out of the room.
