A few days had passed already and still they were stuck in the cell. Y/n condition was improving but at a very slow pace, her body would hurt from time to time considering the weakened state of Y/n after she gets out of her Titan. The main problem was Y/n and Eren were both suffocating inside. Y/n was sat there with a frown as she stared at the floor.

"I wonder what Mikasa and Armin are doing..." Y/n mumbled as she closed her eyes in frustration

"At this point I think we might just end up dying.... Captain Shorty and Commander Erwin said they'll get us out but it's been days" Y/n painfully chuckled as she shook her head

"Do you think we're monsters Eren...." Y/n asked as she looked at him, causing him to frown

"I don't know....everyone else seems to think we are.....I guess it's kind of expected since we still don't know much about our Titan powers" Eren sighed as he ruffled hair

"But Y/n....can you stop stressing out about it....your body is already weak and you stressing out is only going to hurt your body okay...." Eren spoke up worriedly as he looked over at her

"I'm trying Eren.....but....I just want to get out from here...I don't like being treated like this....it makes me sick" Y/n closed her eyes in frustration

"We apologise Y/n, Eren, sorry to keep you waiting for so long" Announced someone

"But on the bright side, both of you will be able to leave soon"

"My name is Hange Zoe, Squad Leader in the Survey Corps and this is Mike Zakarius, also a Squad Leader" introduced Hange

"It's probably best that you know nothing beforehand. Just tell them what's on your mind Y/n, Eren" Hange announced

"It may be presumptuous of us, but we can only have faith in you both right now" she added

Y/n and Eren were then taken into a room, where their eyes widened. Y/n looked over and Eren and he did the same. They noticed they were in the dungeon below the court room the whole time. The soldier with them told them to keep walking. After being tied down, Y/n looked around her and she noticed a few individuals, Levi, Erwin, Pixis and Nile.

''Eren look to your left?'' Y/n whispered, as she looked at them with wide eyes, causing Eren to look over

''They're here...'' Eren's voice trailed off as he stared at Mikasa and Armin

''Well...let's begin.'' Someone announced, Y/n and Eren looked up and noticed it was the Head of the three Military units, Darius Zackley

''You're Eren Yeager yes? As a soldier, you've pledged your life to serve the public. Correct?'' He asked as he held up a few documents, causing Eren to say yes

''And you must be L/n Y/n? Who also pledged your life to serve the public yes?'' He asked as he looked at Y/n, she answered with a yes

''Wait a minute'' Y/n spoke up, causing everyone to look at her

''What exactly are we on trial for.....'' Y/n growled she looked directly at Zackley, taking the crowd by surprise by her sudden voice change
