''So what?'' Eren spoke up now as he sat there with his arms folded over his arms

''Huh?'' Were you not listening to me?'' Jean asked as he looked at Eren, causing Y/n to look back at them

''So what you're saying is.... '' I don't think we can win so I'm giving up.''

''Tell me what's so good about giving up?'' Is it better to escape from reality, to the point where you're throwing away your hope?''

''In the first place it's given that we'd lose to titans in material terms. One of the causes of our defeat four years ago was our ignorance about them...we lost to them, but the information we gained will surely lead to our hope for the future.''

''And yet you're going to give up developing strategies to fight them? Do you want to be titan food that badly?! Give me a break.''

''I have a dream.....not just me but Y/n too..''

''It's to exterminate the titans and leave this cramped walled-up world. Our dream is to explore the outside world.''

''What the hell are you talking about?! You must be the one with the soft noggin!''

''Look at them!! Not a single person here agrees with you!!''

Y/n looked at the rest of the people inside and noticed their gloomy expressions. She sighed as she made her way back to Eren.

''Who cares if nobody agrees with Eren....I do. So why don't you go to the interior and f*cking enjoy the life there.'' Y/n now spoke up causing everyone to look up

''Having you around would only making things harder for us anyway'' Y/n added with a neutral expression written on her face

''Eren, come on, we're leaving'' Y/n sighed as he turned around, causing Eren to sigh and walk over.

Y/n and Eren then made their way outside, and sat down on the stairs. Y/n then looked up at the stars as a small frown made its way onto her face. Eren noticed it and gently patted her head, causing Y/n to look over.

''You okay?'' Eren asked softly

''Hmm, yeah...why? you think Mr Horseface hurt my feelings?'' Y/n chuckled as she now looked straight ahead, causing Eren to let out a soft chuckle

''No of course not...my little Y/n is not weak is she?'' Eren smiled as he flicked Y/n's forehead

''My little Y/n''? Since when am I little and when did I belong to you?'' Y/n asked raising an eyebrow, causing Eren to let out another soft chuckle

''Hmm, yeah...did I something wrong?'' Eren asked raising an eyebrow, causing Y/n to roll her eyes

''You know I'm only joking....but you are mine to protect...so bleh'' Eren stuck his tongue out at Y/n

''I don't think so....'' Y/n shook her head, causing Eren to pout

''Aww come on Y/n...you know I will protect you no matter what'' Eren chuckled as he pulled Y/n into a hug, protectively wrapping his arms around her

''I know...I know that better than anyone....thank you for taking care of me'' Y/n smiled as she closed her eyes, snuggling into Eren's arms, causing him to smile

''Don't fall asleep here....do you know how heavy you are...'' Eren blurted out, causing Y/n to gasp and flick his forehead

''I ain't heavy'' Y/n pouted, causing Eren to smile and squish Y/n's cheeks
