So, I have been very much drowning in my ocean of ideas. And here's one of them that randomly came to me. ENJOY!! Might add more images in the future.

It's basically a pirate a.u where the characters are pirates or smth and y/n is a mermaid they decided to keep as a friend.

Here's the basic rundown of the world:

The world is like a world where there are only islands and all of that shit and the biggest way of transport is by ships. And that is how the economy thrived in this world. 

And of course, every world has its own troublemakers. And in here, it's the pirates who loot and take all of the treasures of the ships. They're basically the equivalent of the deliqunets. But not only that. 

There's a very famous tale with the sailors; In the deepest part of the ocean lies a society of beings that are not human, but rather, a human with the bottom of a fish. They breathe underwater, can swim fast, and can see perfectly even in the darkness. 

And of course, they exist. They were considered rare creatures, so they have been hunted to extinction. And to this day, only a few remain in the bottomless pit known as the ocean. 

They say that they developed hatred towards humans who have hunted them down, so whenever they see one, their instinct is to drag them down to the depths to suffocate them and to eat them. 

But no one really knows if they have any type of grudge. All they know is that they do not like to show themselves to humans who considered them as brainless creatures when they know more things than they do.
