Toman was disbanded, and Sakura knew that, however it doesn't mean he had completely moved on. That is when he sees Mikey in Makochi of all places. He doesn't press much into the matter however when he sees Mikey beating some thugs and going to far, he can't just let it slide, even if it's Mikey.
