Todoroki POV

While I put the clothes from my suitcase into the little closet, my phone vibrates and I look at the text from my dad.

"Don't be lazy just because you're on a field trip. Huh. What a surprise"
I mumble and throw my phone onto the bed.

I look at the bottle of sleeping pills in my trembling hand.

Why did I take this with me?

If it wasn't for Bakugou, I would've just swallowed these a whole while ago.
And he's calling me a prick, huh?
That dumbass.

I go over to the window and look for Bakugou, who is probably still jogging and cursing.

Should I just take them now?
I mean...Bakugou would probably not even notice until tomorrow or so.
He doesn't care about me that much.

I want to take them and I was really to determined earlier, but now...

"I'm a coward"
I sigh and sit on the bed, my face buried in my hands.

"Agreed"
Someone says

I flinch and the pill bottle falls to the floor.
Before I can pick it up, Bakugou snatches it away, looking at it closely.

"What the hell do you need sleeping pills this strong for?"
He asks confused.

"What do you care?"
I ask and try to take them from him, but he holds them up.

"...True"
He says, after a moment of silence, as if he was considering whether to continue asking or not. He tosses them over to me, then looks at the bed.

"You're sleeping in the top bed"
He adds and kicks my shin.

"...fine. I guess there's no point in arguing"
I sigh and get up.

"I see you've learned. I'm impressed."
He sneers.

I climb up onto the top bed and lay down.

"I'm not going to wake you up when you fall asleep"

"Okay"
I say

I hear how Bakugou lays down below me.
Not expecting to actually fall asleep, I close my eyes and let out a deep, sorrowful sigh.

The last thing I hear before drifting off into a deep slumber, is a muffled 'shut up'.

"Wake up"
Someone whispers, very close to my ear. So close, I can feel their hot breath on my cool skin.

I quickly open my eyes and see Bakugou infront of me

Is this a dream or something?

I reach out and touch his face, when I'm about to push him away, he bites my finger.

Okay
It's not a dream
Wait.
Did I sleep?

No way

Never mind that. My finger hurts.

"Why did you bite me?"

"Why did you touch my face!?"
He says, very upset, eventhough I should be the one who's upset, since he bit my hand.

"Dinner"
He says and goes to the door, angrily slamming it shut behind him.

I thought he wasn't going to wake me up...

Hold up. So I was actually asleep?
This also happened on the bus.
After Bakugou fell asleep, which happened after not even 10 minutes, he leaned against me in his sleep. Then...I just... fell asleep?
Maybe it's because I haven't slept in a while.
Or because I was nervous?
