I woke up when I felt that Steve started rubbing my back.

Bucky:„did she had another nightmare again?"

Steve:„yeah..."

Y/n:„hm..."

Steve:„hey baby...how did you sleep?"

Y/n:„hm..."

Steve:„are you still tired?"

I nodded and hugged him tighter.

Steve:„baby? Everything ok?"

Y/n:„mhm..."

He was still rubbing my back and comforting me.

Steve:„what was the nightmare about darling?"

I started mumbling something.

Steve: "It's okay, darling ... try to get some sleep ..."

y / n: "mhm ..."

Steve: "Should I go already?"

y / n: "no ..." I mumbled and grabbed his shirt.

Steve: "Okay ..."

he said in a very soft voice and began to stroke my back and then gently massage my shoulders.

~1 hour later~

I still couldn't sleep but he thought that I was sleeping.

Steve:„buck ps!"

Bucky:„hm what?"

Steve:„could you bring me something to drink and another Blanket and a pillow?"

Bucky:„yeah! I will be here in a minute!"

Steve:„thx babe!"

He came back and Steve gently put the blanket over me and the pillow under his head.

Bucky:„im so tired of everything..."

Steve:„too..."

Bucky:„than go to sleep darling!"

Steve:„you go too!"

Bucky:„of course!"

They kissed and Bucky walked upstairs.

Steve was still rubbing my back and massaging my shoulders.

Y/n:„dad..."

Steve:„are you awake princess?..."

After I didn't say anything he responded:„well just talking in sleep..."

He chuckled and kissed me.

Steve :„baby I know you can't hear me...but I love you so so so much and don't want to loose you! You are the best thing that happened in my life...and without you...without you...I would never be so happy...I just love you...and I hope that you will feel better soon!"

I got tears and he felt that his shirt got a little bit wet.

Steve:„princess are you crying?"

He started shaking me gently.

Y/n:„hm?"

Steve:„you were crying sweetheart!"

Y/n:„i love you too dad!"

Steve:„awww baby!"

I hugged him really tight and didn't let go of him until I felt asleep.

His warm hands were still on my back and I felt his breath on my head.

Steve:„were you awake the whole time?"

Y/n:„mhm..."

Steve:„ok...but now we both will try to sleep alright?"

Y/n:„oki..."

I started listening to his heartbeat and breath.

Steve:„is it comfortable for you?"

Y/n:„mhm and for you?"

Steve:„of course sweetheart!"

He kissed me again and we both felt asleep.

~some time later~

Bruce:„y/n..."

Y/n:„hm?"

Bruce:„im gonna just take your temperature ok?"

Y/n:„mhm..."

Bruce:„alright..."

Steve:„what's happening?"

Bruce:„just taking her temperature...38.5!"

Steve:„so it gets better right?"

Bruce:„yeah!but we should take her temperature tonight again"

Steve:„yeah of course!"

They saw that I already felt asleep again, curled up on Steve.

Steve:„alright we should let her sleep!"

Bruce;„yeah so sleep good! Both of you!"

Steve:„thanks!"

He walked away and we both felt asleep again.
