Location: Terrana, Night Kingdom

Hannah: 16

Nathaniel arrived at Terrana checking the time to make sure he wasn't late. "Mr. Wind I'm so glad you could make it, Hannah will be right down. We figured you would be busy all day so we figured night would work better for you" Mr. Hamilton said as Nathaniel entered.

Shortly after Hannah stepped out. She had long silky light pink hair with sky blue eyes. "Hannah this is Nathaniel," Mrs. Hamilton said smiling. Hannah smiled softly, "It's a pleasure to meet you," she said softly keeping her head low. "...Pleasure to meet you," she said softly, keeping her head low. "Pleasure's mine," He said, feeling the gaze from her expectant parents. They had dinner and her parents let them talk to get to know each other.

"I hear you live in the forest," she said as they sat on a bench out in the garden. "Yes, with my siblings," he said. "Isn't it scary? I don't think I'd ever get used to living in a place like that," she said shivering. "It's not so bad, but I supposed I did grow up there," he said, unsure of how to carry the conversation. "I heard you want to be a doctor, how's that going?" She asked, glancing up at him. "I stopped for now, I'm helping my sister assign tasks to the unit," he said. "Oh? What kind of books do you read?" She asked. "Mainly medical ones, I hear you read a lot as well," he said looking over at her direction.

"Yeah, a bit. Can I ask you something?" she continued gently grabbing his arm. "Sure," he said. "Why did you agree to the arrangement? I'm sure there are quite a lot of girls in the forest who would like someone like you, so why did you agree?" She asked. "Your parent's are really tough to reject. If you don't like me you can tell your parents my feelings won't be hurt, like you said I can always find a forest girl." he said as she tightened her grasp. "Don't leave... I just want to know your intentions. My parent's can be too trusting at times and well you're not a noble so there must be a reason you accepted and why they asked you. They already told me it's because they like your ambition and perseverance but there must be something else. I'm sixteen and you're nineteen. Is that a reason?" she asked, shaking a bit.

"Hannah, I don't want your family's money, I'm not a noble but it doesn't mean I can't sustain myself fine. As for your last point I can assure you that's not it. Your parents are the ones who insisted on me being engaged with you. I had a girlfriend my age and we didn't work out, I'm not expecting this to either. I won't touch you unless you specifically say so... when you're of age. I won't comply if you ask now. Now I have my own moral code to abide by and though we are technically engaged I'd like for us to start as friends. If this works out I will personally put the ring and ask you properly," he said standing up.

"...If it's not money or me what compelled you to agree then?" She asked. "Your parents said they were asking others to engage you to and though it's normal in your society I don't like the idea of them talking of their daughter like their selling a pig on the market, there was also my concern that if they ask another man my age would they respect you the same or would they take advantage of your age? I know you're very smart and capable but it never beats raw strength, so please bear with me at least until you find someone trustworthy yourself." he said bowing. "So you wouldn't mind if I got a boyfriend?" She asked. "No, it's understandable if you don't like me, we just met after all," he said, shrugging. "Oh... okay," she said smiling.

The next morning I woke up curled up in his arms, all night more memories came back but I still wasn't sure what to make of them. "Morning" William said with a smile sitting up. "Yeah, good morning. Thank you for comforting me," I said looking over towards the window where the light came in through a small opening in the curtains. "No problem, about your memories, did you remember anything helpful?" He asked quietly. "Quite a bit actually, but I'm not too sure about a lot of it. I have a few things in Libero if I remember properly that might help. I'd like to go check them out." I said. We came down and we told Nicole who agreed to join up with us later.
