Separation Anxiety

I don't have separation anxiety so I don't know exactly how it works or if it's different for each person so bare with me please :')

This also isn't made to make fun of people with separation anxiety.

Miu's POV.

Kokichi was laying on my back with his face on my shoulder, sleeping.

"Hey! What if we play truth or dare?" Kaede suggested. The others seemed to agree so I joined in.

"Heh, sorry guys I don't understand how truth or dare works" Ryoma said as he scratched his neck. We explained it to him and he decided to join as well.

"Why don't you put Kokichi on the couch Miu, he's sleeping anyways" Kaito said. I huffed and nodded. I was really hoping he wouldn't wake up yet. I don't want him panicking. I sat him on the couch behind us.

"Alright Shuichi, truth or dare?" Kaede asked. This continued for a while until it landed on me.

"Miu, truth or dare?" Rantaro asked, "Eh truth" I replied, knowing they'd make me do something stupid if I chose dare.

"Does Kokichi-" I cut him off, "I'm not answering anything about Kokichi" I said.

" Well can you at least explain why he's always on you? He's literally attached to you" I huffed and rolled my eyes.

" Well it's becau-"

" Miu? " I heard from behind me, " shit" I whispered under my breath. I got up and tried to run toward him when I was held back by Kaito.

" If I die because of you Maki! " He shouted making her roll her eyes.

" Miu!? " Kokichi said again, sounding more nervous. He'd just woken up so he wouldn't be able to come to his senses that I was in the same room.

" Goddammit Kaito let me go! " I shouted, "Kokichi I'm right here it's okay! " He couldn't hear me. Kokichi pulled his knees to his chest and covered his ear as he started crying.

"MIU!!" He shouted, I looked back at the others.

"DAMMIT KAITO LET HER GO!" Ryoma shouted surprising everyone. Kaito let go in shock and I ran toward Kokichi.

"Hey, Kokichi, I'm okay I'm here" I whispered as I held him close to me.

"M-Miu?" He whispered. I nodded, "I'm here" he smiled and closed his eyes, relaxing a little bit.

"What the hell?" Himiko said, "I never got to answer, he has separation anxiety" I said. Kaito seemed a little mad at his girlfriend. Everyone else just seemed worried.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know" Kaito said, I have him a half nod and looked down at my sleeping boyfriend, "It's fine, just don't do it again".

I'm running out of ideas and it's making me sad-
