Sooooo um I shall be discussing HOW exactly King Zhi is King of a whole continent
So basically they're family have been the ruling monarch since forever right and as the years progressed the King decided to divide the continent into like divivisions so it's easier to keep track of everything. So he chose 48 noblemen and women to rule each division. They were allowed to name their divisions as they please. All major decisions had to go to the King like major trading deals weaponry exporting, national budget, declaration of war, and all that.
Also the Miraculous has been in their family for a while until the temple was destroyed and the boxes went missing and then Marinette became Ladybug and the Guardian and the Miraculous was back in their family.
Now some of you may think that this is tooooooooo much power for one family. I might agree with you 😅but you see their ancestors made a promise to always use the Miraculous right and if they dont well a warning will come slap em in the face. Like a REALLY hard slap to the face.
