Just Too Different

Ryan Pov
So today is Chaylin's party. She told me she wanted a sleepover. She didn't be specific about where so I took it in my hands and got a hotel. The best one I could find in New Orleans. She'll be excited about it! She only has like 3 girls coming. She says they're her bestfriends. So that's six people in total.

Right now I'm at the hotel getting things prepared. I have her decorations up and balloons are all over the floor. I have cake, cookies, ice cream. I'm keeping that cold in a cooler with ice in it. I even made goodie bags. I may have went a little over board but this is the first time I get to plan a little girls party! Instead of getting party hats I got tiaras for everyone else and a Crown for Chaylin. The fun part about this sleepover is that we are ordering room service!

Anyway, Sheila is back at the house waiting for everyone. She just texted me and said they were on the way. I already had my pjs on. Cheetah print shorts with a maroon sweater from PINK that said "PINK" in white. I also had maroon uggs on. My hair was flat iron and I had on natural makeup with diamond earrings.

I finally finished decorating and I took a seat. I heard a knock on the door and I answered it.

Kay- PARTIES HERE!

She came strutting through the door. I laughed at her. Chay came through the door second.

Chay- Woah.. Ryan. Thank you so much!

She hugged me.

Me- You know it wasn't a problem. *Smiles*

I greeted Chay's friends. They liked me off the bat.

Me- Thx for bring them Shel. *Smiles*

Sheila- It's ok. But now I have to go because I have a date. *Smirks*

Me- Don't do nothing crazy.

She chuckled.

Me- *Smiles* Have fun!

Sheila- Will do.

She smiled and left. I closed the door and turned around. I saw six faces looking at me.

Me- Now get your Pjs on and let's get this sleepover started! *Smiles*

They laughed and started putting on their pjs.

Kay- Mama. I'm hungry. What we suppose to eat. I can't eat cookies all day.

I chuckled at Kay and her cuteness.

Me- Room service. *Smiles*

Mya- Like we order food from the phone?

Me- Yes. *Smiles* anything you want.

Kay- Anything?

I nodded.

Kay- I call dips first!

Kay ran to the phone and picked it up.

Me- Press 2.

She did what I said and she started ordering her food. She even order mines. As we were eating I heard a knock on the door.

Chay- I got it.

She ran to the door and opened it. I didn't hear anything come from that way so I called her name. She came walking in with some women.

Kay- Mommy!

Mya- Mama?

??- Hey babies.

So this is the girls mom. I remember August telling me about her but I don't remember catching her name.

Me- Umm.

??- Hi. I'm Chanel. *Smiles*

Me-*Smiles* Ryan.

Mya- What are you doing here?

Chanel- I stopped by to see you girls sweetie.

She tried to touch Mya but she moved. Chay came and stood by me.

Chanel- *Sighs* Look, I just took 3 buses to get over here. Yall better give me a hug or some.

She was smacking on her gum. Just as the girls put on a fake smile and hugged her the door opened again.

??- Aye.

The person came around the corner. August. When he saw Chanel he started turning red.

Chanel- If it isn't yung. *Smirks*

August threw the gift he had in his hand down and walked out the room. I ran behind him.

Me- Aug-GCO

Aug- Ya do me like dis!?

He was heated.

Me- Like what?!

Aug- Ya bring hea round dem!?... RYAN YA KNO HOW I FEEL BOUT HEA!

Me- She just- GCO

Aug- Ion wanna hera it!

August pushed the button to the elevator. He then turn towards me.

Aug- She ain't in dey life fa a reason!

In got on the elevator. Before the doors closed I got one last question in.

Me- *Tear sheds* Are you coming back?

Aug- I don kno..

Then the doors closed. I wiped my tears and walked back to the room.

Chanel- I- GCO

Me- You need to go.

Chanel- B-GCO

Me- Now.

She got up without a fuss.

Chanel- See Yall next year around this time.

She's such a bad mother! I closed and locked the door behind her. They girls looked afraid but I hugged them and comfort them.

Me- ..*Sighs* .. now let's party. *Smiles*

Yea I'm upset but this is Chay's party and I'm not going to mess it up. After the girls got all burned out I tucked them into bed and kissed them goodnight. I turned off their light and walked to my room that was connected to theirs. Before laying down I looked at the time. 3:00 a.m. I laid in bed on my side. I started crying to myself. This close. This close to the due date and this is happening. The mess with August. Where is he? I need him.

My tears stopped but I was still awoke. Around 4 I heard a click to the door and the person was shuffling around. Then I felt someone get into bed with me. August. He turned the other way. That made me cry again. I was trying to be silent but I guess he heard my little sobs so he turned around. He pulled on my arm. I guess that was his way of telling me to turn over so I did. We were looking at each other for the longest then out of nowhere he kissed me. I kissed him back. He pulled away and pulled me into his chest. I hugged me around the waist and laid his head on my shoulder. I hugged him too and laid my head on his chest.

Aug-..Goodnight Ry.. I luh ya.

Me-..Goodnight Aug.. I love you more..

I said that in more of a whisper.
