I packed 3 bottles of water, 2 huge bundles of cash that I had found randomly, a blank notebook tablet, a pen, 4 towels, two soap bars, a hairbrush, a phone from the bodyguard that I stole, the PJs that we had worn when we were kidnapped, the throwing knife, the metal pan, diapers for Laila, an apple, 4 granola bars, and then zipped up the bag before waking Laila up.
" You ready to get out of here, and go find your uncle Hunter at his college", I cooed at her as I put the strap of the duffel bag over my shoulder.
