Emma and her squad checked up on the children from the Black Fairy's realm at their foster homes. Henry was finished with his finals and on summer vacation. Both Emma and Killian were working on finding the Black Fairy's kidnapped children's families to return to their parents. Emma wakes up early to get ready for the day, and gets Hope from her crib when she is awake. "Good morning, Hope.""Mommy." Emma takes Hope from her crib and holds her on the hip, she was still waking up. "Dada." "Dada is making breakfast. Let's go to Daddy." They entered the kitchen. "Good morning, Killian.""Morning, swan." They kiss. "Morning, little love.""Dada." He kisses Hope on the cheek. She gave him kisses back on the cheek. "Little pirate, breakfast is almost ready." He continues to cook breakfast. "Swan, what are we going to do today?""You and I are going to talk to Gold. We need to figure out how to find these children's parents.""Aye, we need to figure out what realm these children are from?""Yes, I think they are mostly from the Enchanted Forest." Hope babbles. "We are going to talk to him in town." They eat breakfast together. Emma gets a phone call. "Hello?..."Is this Emma Swan-Jones?""Yes, this is Emma. How can I help you?""Emma. I am Jill. My husband Jack and I are fostering Bethany, one of the children from the Black Fairy's realm. Bethany is distant and not talking to us.""I know from my experience in the foster system, it takes time to adjust to a new foster home. "Killian, Bethany's foster parents are having a hard time with Bethany. Killian knows his little lass stubbornness is from his swan but with Hope's kidnappings, Hope is afraid of not being with both of her parents. Killian goes to Hope and sat on the floor. "Bethany is afraid to leave her room. We do not know what to do.""She is not used to love, a normal home or normal routine. You just have to be patient with her. I know that Jack, Jill, and Jack Jr. can help you teach you how to read. By the time you start school in the fall, you will know how to read. If you need to talk to Jack and Jill you can. I reassured her that her foster family will help her to read and going to school to learn so much and how she will adjust to a normal lifestyle. But not having a paper record trail, or hair or DNA of the parents makes it hard to find their biological parents." Hope babbles. The longer she is in denial, the more Mom does not trust her or able to trust her ever again ""I do not know, lad. Snow White does not want to admit what she had done was wrong. Admitting the truth to yourself can be really hard, especially admitting when you had done bad.
