It has been what?
2 days since I've woken up, and since then I've been walking around the Shelter, passing by lots of familiar faces greeting them along the way as I wandered aimlessly along it's hallways, before stopping at Gilda.

"...Gilda?"

"-Oh! (Y/N)! How are you? Are you sure you're okay with walking around already?"

"Thanks, I'm good.. I've been wondering if..... you girls have had your.. uhm.. menstruation already.. and like, do you have any... napkins in here or..-"

"Oh-! No we haven't but, I'll go get you some- or better yet, I'll show you the way!"
She flashed me a smile as I mustered a weak one.

On the way, walking beside Gilda, she kept stealing glancing at me worriedly, as I keep groaning in pain, holding my lower abdomen.

"Are you okay? Are you on your-"

"Nooooooo, but I'm going to be... and let me tell you it's gonna be hell.. and I'll be going to have mood swings, and cramps, and-! And f*cking blood everywhere!"
I moaned, shutting my eyes in irritation, dreading for my period to come, as Gilda patted my back

"It's going to fine, it only lasts for a week after all.."

"Yeah one week of hell, and torture..."

"Yo (Y/N)."
Walking into the kitchen I waved my hand at him in return, smiling

"Yo, so- I made up my mind, I'm telling all of the Goldy Pond resistance, including Don and Gilda about my secret..."
I admitted, avoiding all eye contact as he approached me, putting his hand on my shoulder

"That's a horrible idea, what time?"
He smirked, making me giggle in response, rolling my eyes.

"After dinner, when everyone's asleep, at the room on the second corridor to the left."

"Got it."

"You bring the alcohol and I bring the bad decisions."

"Wait- wha?!"

"It's a stupid saying."
I chuckled, shaking my head. I peeked at the steaming pot that he was brewing up, the aroma of enticing chicken food hitting my senses, making my lips turn upward in satisfaction

"You know the saying, marry someone who can cook, for looks go away, and hunger doesn't."
Raising the lid off the pot, I grabbed a spoon, taking some of the broth in the spoon, softly blowing it before putting it in my mouth, munching on the minced carrots

"It's not ready yet."
Ray closed the lid as I shrugged, not minding the fact that the broth was still far from cooked

"It still taste good.. hey.. y-you wanna hang out in the library later?"
