Five Days..

Five days have passed since the escape and (Y/N) has been bonding with her siblings that she never got be close with before such as Anna, Nat, and even Gilda and Don.

Feeling a part of the family already, she tried her best to be of help to her siblings, no matter how big or how small the task is.

We continued walking until Sonju stopped and tilted his head to us saying
"Right ahead we'll rise up, and you'll be leaving the forest already."

"Let's rest for the night we can proceed tomorrow."
The children all cheered and exclaimed

"Right! This time leave the dinner to us!"

"Then we'll make more medicines from the herbs!"
Alicia and Jemima announced as Mujika nodded

"I'll pass. Whew!"
I sighed in relief as I sat down on the ground, giving my legs some rest

"You are? I thought you were so excited about getting a chance to cook like me."
Ray snickered as I rolled my eyes and corrected him

"Well it was supposed to be 'getting a chance to cook BETTER than you, but I don't have Norman to support me in this battle so yeet- I'm out."

After hearing the word 'Norman' I could see Ray shift uncomfortably on his side as I raised my eyebrow at him

"Well.. I could teach you... if you want."
He shrugged his shoulders, as I looked at him in surprise before resting my palm on my cheeks amd smirking at him

"Sure pal, but maybe not today, my legs are sreaming from exhaustion."
I joked as he nodded his head before taking a seat next to me, saying

"Yeah, me too."

"Ehh?! You're not gonna help them?"

"I'll pass tonight."
He chuckled as I laughed shaking my head

"It was great! Thanks!"
Mujika exclaimed as Don cheered

"Alright! Tommorow we should be reaching BO6-32!"

"If we keep a good pace that is."
Nat commented

"Then we're gonna keep a good pace!"
The children cheered as I smiled at them

"But I don't wanna leave you guys."
They wailed at Mujika who smiled sadly at them and responded

"Yes, me neither."

"Gilda what's the matter?"
Ray turned to Gilda as I also spun around to face the green haired girl as I tolted my head in curiosity

"Well?"
I asked as she sighed

"Ah.. no, I was just rethinking the plan.."

"Huh? How come?"
Lani asked as Gilda replied

"Well I was thinking about the stories of old that Sonju told us.. it's good to know that there's a human world somewhere....but in the other hand, we thought that there was a human group here...in this world. We were counting on human cities or something, but there's nothing...."

She muttered as I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I turned to them as I excused myself from the conversation

"Can I excuse myself for a bit, uhm... I need to go to the restroom..?"
I lied as they nodded and continued on.
