Chapter 25: Fairy Glitter

A/N: I'm watching Fairy Tail over again to write this story more accurately? And I forgot how interesting the GMG are. I'm also excited to write the Tartaros Arc. Anyway, I have to write down a lot of notes for the "Fairy Tactician." Anyway I definitely do enjoy this story more than Louder.

And with ease Erza beats all 100 monsters. The crowd cheers loudly for her and she raises her sword in victory. A scarlet flower blooming in full pride.

"Unbelievable! Erza Scarlet of Fairy Tail A has taken out all 100 monsters by herself! Fairy Tail is bouncing back!"

The temple disappears and everyone starts talking about Erza and her strength. "Man, Erza gets all the glory." I smile.

"And the cheering won't stop!" Fairy Tail A goes down there and starts congratulating Erza. And I'd love to go down there, and although we're in the same guild, we're on different teams.

"Fairy Tail A receives 10 points, but we still have to determine the other spots. And after discussion, the remaining will be ranked by a Magic Power Finder." They carry an orb the arena and they start lining up. "It's used to rank magic power. When hit, the magic finder will display a numeral value. Ranked from high to low."

Millianna is two so she goes. "Kitten Blast!" 365.

"Without a benchmark to compare it to, we cannot tell if the score is high or not."

Lahar explains, "That is indeed a high number. We Rune Knights use this as part of our training. Her score is high enough to make some a captain."

And Millianna starts jumping around. Quatro goes next and score 124. A bit low. Next is Hibiki and girls squeals as he goes. 95. I felt bad for him, but it was a bit funny to me. His magic was more intellect. Next was Raven Tail and a small creature jumps from Obra's shoulder and hits the orb. 4. Is his real power a secret?

"Uh next up we have Sabertooth's Orga!" And of course the crowd goes crazy.

"120mm Black Lightning Cannon!" And a charge of black lightning shoots at the magic finder.

"Black lightning? I've never seen anything like that." Mira said. 3825.

"O-over three thousand?!"

Lahar comments, "I've never seen a score so high." Orga then takes the mic from the pumpkin and starts singing into it about how Sabertooth is number one.

"10 times my score?!" Millianna exclaims. Jura was next.

"Mind if I give it my all?" Jura asks the Pumpkin and it tells Jura to go for it.

"Rumbling Mt. Fuji." And it felt like a huge earthquake. And somethings hits the machine. 8544.

"Unbelievable!"

"I kind of expected that." I giggle and Mira nods, "He's one of the ten wizard saints, of course."

"And the final participants is Cana Alberona of Fairy Tail B."

Our whole team sweat drops as Cana wobbles up to the machine. "She couldn't wait until after the games to drink?" Laxus sighs. Cana removes her coat and reveals a weird looking mark on her arm. I look over at the Fairy Tail booth and see them looking at Mavis in shock.

"Gather! River of light that guides us fairies!" A golden light surrounds her and we all feel the intense magic power. "Shine! To destroy the fangs of evil!" There was no a golden ring around the arena and Cana aims at the machine, "FAIRY GLITTER!"

When we all manage to see, the magic finder in destroyed. Not even there.

"My goodness! The counter stopped and the MPF has been destroyed." The dust clears and the score is 9,999

"What is this guild?! Who can stop Fairy Tail now?!"

Cana looks up at us and smirks before extending her arms out victoriously, "We're unstoppable!" It was unbelievable how loud the crowd cheered. And now, everyone was starting to worry about Fairy Tail. Now we were being seen as a threat.

The first battle was Millianna vs someone from Quatro Puppy, winner is Milliana. Later came Sabertooth vs Blue Pegasus. The winner being Rufus from Sabertooth. Next Laxus vs Alexei from Raven Tail. Before he heads off I tell him, "Good luck!"

"I guess I'm the only one who hasn't done something yet." I point out.

"You can compete tomorrow in the games." Mirajane smiles and she turns serious, looking down at the arena, "And we have to keep a close eye on Raven Tail." I focus my attention back to the arena. Laxus and Alexei are having a strong stare off until they're told to start. Laxus tries to say something, but Alexei cuts him off with a strong punch.

"Laxus!" Mira, Cana, and I yell as we watch the match. It's a one sided match with Laxus being the one losing. I look at the Raven Tail booth and see them not moving an inch. Then I see Laxus overpowering Alexei now.

"Let's go Laxus!" I cheer.

"I can let you be the winner in exchange for some information..." Ivan smirks wickedly. Laxus raises a brow. "The location of Lumen Histoire and—," Ivan points to Fairy Tail B's booth and points directly at you, "Her. I need that girl."

"Y/N? Lumen Histoire? To be honest with you I don't know why you want her and what Lumen Histoire is." Laxus responds.

The match then switches up and Alexei is destroying Laxus again and when looking at the guild's booth, they're not doing ahh things suspicious. "Is Alexei just that strong?" Mira asks. As we keep watching, something weird happens that I can't even explain. Alexei and Laxus disappear and another Laxus appears with all four members of Raven Tail and Ivan on the floor, knocked out.

"Illusion?" I question and the Magic Council escorts Raven Tail. Laxus earns ten points and Raven Tail is not allowed to compete in the Grand Magic Games for 3 years. Not much of a punishment, but at least they're out of the competition.

"Uh let's move onto the last match of the day! Lamia Scale's Sheria and Fairy Tail A's Wendy!"

"Let's go Wendy!" I cheer as the two start heading out. Sheria trips over a rock and the crowd starts to laugh. "Are you okay?!" Wendy asks and trips on a rock too. I've never seen Wendy fight, so I'm excited to see what she can do. Also, Sherria gives me weird vibes. Not evil, but strong magic vibes. It doesn't matter though. Wendy has to fight her on her own.

Wendy starts the battle by increasing her offensive and speed abilities then hits Sherria with a wing attack. Sheria manages to dodge it though. And around Sherria's hands, black winds start to appear. Similar to Orga's black lightning. She sends the black winds in Wendy's direction and Wendy manages to dodge those.

"Both wind users." I point out.

The battle went on for a while and the two get a tie, both teams earning five points. The battle was also a start to a beautiful friendship. And that had concluded day three. Probably the best day yet. And I look at the scoreboard before leaving the arena.

Tomorrow it's my turn.
