Outsource as Much as You Can

Aside from accounting and business logic, there are many aspects of the business you can outsource. For example, PrintOnlineNow already has outsourcing built in, in the form of drop shipping. Drop shipping basically means that you, the merchant, don't keep inventory on hand. When you get an order, you send the order to a factory that is your partner to fulfill the order for you. This has many advantages, because you don't need to worry about shipping cost. The only disadvantage is the need to trust the factory not to steal your customers. PrintOnlineNow allowed the merchant directly to ship jobs to Mr. PrintMan's factory to process and ship out. I will go into more detail on this technique later in the book with the start-up SkinCarePlus.
