"Stop drinking, that's it. This is your limit" he said to her

"You're not my doctor now, you were before, but not now!" Sun said as she called up the barman

"As your doctor and friend, I ask you to stop. You choose which way, the good or the bad way"

As she was still calling the barman, Doctor J grabbed her by her waist and slowly moved her from the counter

"I need a drink, I need to forget, I don't want to go home" She answered

"I'm not asking you; I'm telling you I'm taking you home. Just wait here" He replied

"Don't squeeze me! You're hurting me!" said while staggering and forcing with him to take his arms away from her

"I'm not squeezing you. Stop moving for Christ sake!" Doctor J tried to control her, but it was impossible

"She's telling you to stop" a male voice spoke from behind

"Are you giving me advice on her?! You? This is a fucking joke" the doctor said ironically

"She said you're hurting her. She's just drunk"

"Sure... Just drunk. You don't know what she's been trough. She needs help, but definitely not from you" the doctor grabbed her and took her out to get the car "Come on darling, let's go home" Sun was so drunk she couldn't even stay standing so he was dragging her outside

"I'll help you" Bono said as he grabbed Sun from her other arm and get her to the car

"I don't need your help" the doctor said

"You're dragging her all over the floor" Bono said looking not very friendly at him

"You don't need to be kind out of pity now. You're a year late mate, a year late" J said

"She was too busy shagging someone else a year ago" Bono answered

"Jesus. Don't you get it? There is no guy. She left you because she was dying and didn't want to hurt you if she passed. And now that you know the truth, you're playing the drama queen. Look at her you asshole! She's like this because of you! You definitely don't deserve her at all"

"I don't know what to believe. That's the only truth I have. There've been too many lies, so many that now I don't know which one is true" Bono said as his eyes were looking at her

"You still need proof?! I was there those days. By her side. Nobody needs to tell me what she's been through, cause I've seen it with my own eyes" J said as he got her inside the car "Get the fuck away from her you ungrateful fucker" he said while getting inside the car furiously.

Bono stood in front of the window where she was sitting in the car. He was feeling mixed emotions; angriness, frustration, yearning, hate...

She opened her eyes and lifted her hand, leaning it against the window from inside the car. Sun smiled at him. Bono was standing still. Something was still there. Her eyes still had that "something", not like a year ago, but it was still there. He smiled back at her and at the time he lifted his hand to match it with hers across the window, the car started moving.

"You still love her, don't you?" Larry asked from behind, as the car was leaving the parking lot

"Helena is pregnant" Bono said still looking at the car and not at his friend "You're the first to know...I found out this morning. I was in the studio when my cellphone rang"

"Congratulations!" Larry said and hugged him but Bono didn't move "You don't seem happy about this news"

"I'm not ready for being a father, I don't even love the mother of my child and I don't even think the child is mine. How can you love someone when you don't love yourself first?" he said while looking nowhere

"Wow. Didn't know you were feeling that way. Have you talked to someone about this?" Larry asked

"No"

"Sometimes what we don't want to hear, is what we need to hear" Larry said "Face it Bono... it's the only way"

Bono stayed silent still "And by the way, your song with Tango is out today and totally killing it. There are lots of journalists looking for you to say something about it. I just heard it and it's fantastic! This Tango is mad!"

"What is mad is that you know her. You just saw her inside that car..."

"What?! Holy shit. So what Edge and Adam told me this morning about the studio is true! Why didn't you tell me??"

"It's a long story..." Bono said as he got his hand in his pocket while walking "What's..." he said like thinking out loud, as he found a wrinkled paper inside his pocket. It was handwritten, and he definitely knew who that writing was from.

Larry stood beside his friend and both read those lines at the same time, in complete silence.

"That is the same handwriting that Edge and Adam showed me this morning. Is that hers?" Larry asked and Bono nodded "So she has this kind of papers all over the studio?"

"No... I guess she put this one inside my pocket just now, when I was getting her into the car"

Bono still kept looking at the paper in silence
