chpt 12)final preparations for the tour

fuuuckk me.im exhausted.

as soon as i headed downstairs, i opened the door for my staff.today was my final meetings with the biggest brands that want to sponsor me for the tour.i dont pay them anything, instead they ask me to wear their products here and there and for me to mention it a few time.

once i was dressed and ready i was driven to the bighit office

first meeting - mercedes

within this meeting the representative and my team signed the contract pretty soon.they were to be responsible for all cars and travel allocations.wether that is driving from the airport or the stadiums.every travel plan was up to them.

second meeting - adidas

they originally wanted to have a contract so that  i wear all their clothes during the sound checks and rehearsals and the behind the scenes.but i didn't want that

me: I'm really sorry but i will not accept that

representative: on what conditions? we are paying you and giving you the best and newest items?

me: quite frankly on the conditions that you are doing the exact same for black pink.

representative: and?

me: and i cannot do something that another group is doing, it would lack originality.

representative: but we still want to sponsor you ...what should we do?

me: how about this, you make all of the clothes for my staff.special clothes with the adidas logo,bighit logo, my logo and each individual staff members logo.they each get like idk..two jackets tee shirts and bottoms(their choice).you make them.and then in the videos that i release on my youtube or live on instagram where i am getting ready for one of the tour dates, people will see it...the would want it.and at the pop up store that i open in each city under my name, we will have a section for adidas where fans can make their own tee shirt that looks similar to it.but official staff will have a special logo and number on the sleeve or whatever. i get 30 percent of the profit that you make on the section in my shop. and you guys can of course give me clothes for me to wear, but i will wear what i want ,when i want at non tour restricted time.done?

representative: oh my goodness..wait i need to call headquarters.

after a two minute conversation with headquarters he quickly agreed and begged me not to change anything.i didn't.i handed him the papers that my team had prepared before hand knowing that this would happen.the adidas legality team read over it and after a few mins they had signed it.we bowed and they had left

meeting 3 - bigger brands

me :i brought all of you together because i wanted to say the same thing once.you all want to create and for me to wear your clothes for my tour.christian dior has kindly made the clothes for BTS at their world tour and we choose them as they had the best designs ,concept and offer.however this time, i am doing it differently.i am not choosing one specific brand.instead ,today as we are together (including the designers and my stylists) i want you guys to present the clothing to my stylists.my stylist will then create outfits for specific segments of my shows and whatever.my lawyers have presented you guys with the contracts and surprisingly you all signed it with no conditions.and of course,as stated in the contract, each brand has a specific few days where they can choose my outfits for when i go out to meetings and what not.that is entirely up to you to decide on, but all final decisions are to be reported to my stylist so they know what to do on the day.whilst this happens for the next few hours' have a meeting to attend to regarding catering and air transport .i will be back in three hours time.
