You and Arthur stood only feet apart. He looked into your eyes, as you looked into his. His eyes quickly glimpsed at your lips before snapping back to your eyes. You blushed and wondered how you two got into this awkward yet romantic stare down. Oh that's right... he had just saved your life. You nearly died just now. And he saved your life. It felt as if it went in slow motion. And somehow, you two ended up here. Staring at each other shyly. Arthur cleared his throat as he inched closer.
Now just inches apart, he leaned in slowly. You nervously closed your eyes as your lips met. Instantly wrapping your arms around his neck you passionately kissed him back. You bit his lip and he let out a soft moan under the kiss. You both paused briefly catching your breath. He whispered "I love you" in between kisses.
"I love you too Arthur"
