Luke POV:
I was cornered in the alley way by Rich and his 'goonies'.
"Time to fix this freak boys." Rich laughed menacingly whilst cracking his knuckles. Within seconds there was a man of pain shooting through my jaw. I stumble back as the fists continue pounding me.
With a swift kick to my stomach, my body crumpled to the ground. My vision blurred and black spots were appearing.
My eyes closed and I was about to accept death and see my baby sister again, when a burning feeling spread through my body.
After what felt like forever my eyes opened once again and I was met with a girl no older than 15. "Hi my name is Fauna!" She said happily.
"I'm Luke," I whisper looking around the room. "Where am I? Why does my throat burn?" I fired question after question until she put her hand up to stop me.
"Drink this." Fauna ordered handing me a cup of a dark red liquid that smelt like heaven. I downed the cup and she softly whispered "You are a vampire."
