Everyone was in high spirits and hard work was set upon the castle.
The elegant cream and gold accents of the ball room were enhanced by ribbons of royal blue hung from the high-raised ceiling. Maids and Butlers were busy bustling about the castle, making sure everything was in the right place and that the castle had not even a miniscule piece of dust or dirt anywhere inside its walls.

Kayla was in her room getting ready for the ball. Maids and dressers were pampering her delicate skin and various hairdressers styled her hair to absolute perfection. Her light red hair was left down in soft waves and a beautiful golden leaf crown sat atop her head. Her royal blue dress fitted up to her waist, enhancing the curves of her chest whilst being quite modest. From the waist down it flared out in an ombre of blues creating a cascading waterfall of soft velvet to the floor. Peeping from under the dress were sparkly silver flats so she could walk easily down the steps for her grand entrance.

Jasper and Alice soon came to Kayla's room to take her to the ball. The pair were astonished with Kayla's looks.
