My life changed when I met Mirathea Custodio.
Yeah, I know how painfully cliché that statement was. But that was the simplest, yet truest, way to convey what that woman did to me.
Kahit ako mismo, minsan ay hindi pa rin makapaniwala na na-in love ako sa pinakamadaldal, pinaka-hyper, at pinakabayolenteng babae na nakilala ko. Come to think of it, when I describe her that way, she sounds like a girl every guy has to steer clear of.
But Mira is so much more than that. True, she has her flaws like all of us, but those flaws are heavily compensated by her kindness, friendliness, and positivity. And most of all, I like how she's unapologetically herself. In a world full of pretentiousness, a woman who is not afraid of showing her true self is a gem.
Let's just say that, though I deeply regret (accidentally) hitting Mira with my car, I'll never regret letting her into my life.
