The line went silent before Lukas broke "Lukas... would you like me to come back?" Philip asked as Lukas sniffled. "M-more than anything please Philip... I need you" he struggled.
"I'm comimg Lukas just hold on... I'll be there in a few minutes hold on for me Lukas." Philip cried. Philip raced to his bike as he peddled fast to Lukas' house.
His eyes clouding with pools of tears that cascaded down his face as he rode faster. When he saw the barn he jumped off his bike throwing it to the side before running to Lukas.
Philip hugged Lukas close "I'm here now Lukas... It's okay" Philip soothed as Lukas burried his face in Philip's shoulder. "I wanted to just-" he trembled as he let his emotions out. "I was going to... You saved me again" he sobbed.
