Joey POV

Lilly and I are on good terms again. I've changed from my ways.

We talk and laugh like old times again and I'm so thankful for it.

Last night I took her out for dinner to make up for all the times I wasn't there for her.

We aren't getting married anymore since I've broken trust and I need to earn it back.

"Baby." I yelled from the kitchen.

"UPSTAIRS." she screamed from our room.

So today we are babysitting Charles and Jade's baby girl Jaydee.

Yes. They got married a year ago and they had their first child two months ago.

I ran upstairs with the baby bottle and found Lilly sitting on the bed with the baby in her arms.

She didn't see me since she was to occupied with her.

I just stood at the door thinking.

How it would've been if we had the twins here.

I miss them to be honest. I was really hoping to have our own little family.

"She's so cute." Lilly said then looked up to me.

I stepped closer to the bed and sat down. She gave little Jaydee to me and I fed her the milk.

Lilly sat up and put her head on my shoulder.

"She looks just like Charles not gonna lie." I said admiring her big brown eyes.

Lilly just giggled beside me and stood up. "Where you going?"

"Nowhere, I just need to stretch a bit." she said and I nodded.

Skip to later that night.

Charles they came to get their little one a couple of minutes ago.

Lilly and I decided to have a Netflix marathon.

At the moment we were watching To All The Boys I've Loved Before.

"We all need people like Peter in our lives." Lilly said and I lifted my arms to show "what about me?"

She lloked at me with the "are you even kidding" face and I just laughed.

We were cuddling on my fucken huge couch with a blanket covering our legs.

After the movie we decided to just chill on the couch.

"Follow me." I said standing up.

"Why, where are you going?"

"Just come with me." I sticked out my hand for her to grab.

She took it and I led us to the roof.

The sky was full of bright stars and the half moon.

We sat down and I put my arm around her shoulders and pulled her close to me.

"This is so beautiful." she said in awe of the sky.

I looked at her and she looked at me.

The moon was shining on her face and you could see the stars in her beautiful brown eyes.

I couldn't help but lean in.

Our lips touched and I loved every moment of it.
