Joey POV

"Bro I'm thinking of proposing to Lilly." I said while drinking my vanilla milkshake.

So I'm with Charles in a Cafe.

Lilly and I have been dating now for more than 4 years so I want to make a move.

She is the one.

The one I wanna be with. The one I want to restart a family with.

The only one I wanna wake up to. The one I want to hold in my arms forever.

The only laugh I wanna hear. The only eyes I wanna get lost in.

I think you get it. She's the only one I wanna give all my love to.

"My boy grew some balls today." Charles chuckled.

"Did you buy it yet?" he asked and I pulled out a little black box and opened it showing the gold diamond ring.

"Wow nice." he said and put it back in my pocket.

The waiter came to our table with our bill and we paid then left.

We got into my lambo then went back to my house since Lilly is with Jade at Charles's house.

"So how are you gonna ask her? Charles asked looking at me.

I looked at him then back to the road.

"I was thinking a picnic at the beach with a sun set, basically the same way I asked her to be my girlfriend." I said and he nodded.

We parked infront of my house and saw Lilly's red Ferrari outside.

"Guess I go drop you off quickly." I said while revursing and he just laughed.

After dropping Charles off I went back home.

I got in the house and saw Lilly on the couch watching Netflix.

"How's my favorite girlfriend doing?" I asked knowing she's gonna think I'm cheating.

"Favorite? Are you cheating on me again?" she asked standing up.

I just laughed and picked her up over my shoulder then went up to our room.

"No. Joseph put me down." she giggled.

I threw her onto the bed then howeverd over her.

"Go take a shower." I whispered into her ear then kissed her neck.

"Why?" she asked looking me in the eyes.

"It's a surprise." I said and stood up.

"Matthew you know I hate surprises." she groaned while I pulled her up by her arms.

"Well you are gonna love this surprise. I promise." I said while she went into the bathroom and closed the door.

I went to our closest and took out a black dress that was open at the back with her black vans and put it on the bed.

I then went downstairs and put the roses in the back of the car.

I asked The Gang to set up the whole picnic.

I checked my watch and it was now 6pm and the sun was setting.

She came out whit her dress and my heart skipped a beat.

I looked her head to toe and I just fell in love again.

I walked closer to her and put my hands on her waist.

She rapped her arms around my neck and pecked my lips.

"You look so beautiful." I said and she smiled.

I walked her to my car and we got in.

I didn't blindfold her since the surprise is not the picnic it's the ring.

At the picnic

"Lilly." I said going down on one knee.

She put her hand over her mouth and she teared up.

"I love you so much. You make me so happy. Will you make the happiest man alive and be my wife." I finished then put the ring on her finger.

"YES. YES. YES. JOEY YES." she said then kissed me.

I kissed back for a slid good 4 minutes.
