Hey Guys! So I have made up my mind to end this book because I really didn't plan on having it this long. You guys might think I am dragging it and what not, so that's what I have decided to do.

I'm not sure whether I will end it on chapter forty five or less, but we shall see. Hope you guys have enjoyed it so far and if not, sorry if it doesn't appeal to you. Once again, this isn't an incest story for those of you who still think it is.

Anyways, bye and see ya'll next chapter.

My grandmother had spent the entire week with us to test Aracel as she put it. She did a few check ups on her and gave her a few random quizzes to see how intelligent she was. They seemed like games, but Aracel had passed them all.

She was quite impressed with her skills and gave her a silver necklace with a moon pendant as a reward. Knowing my grandmother, I instantly knew that there was some other hidden meaning behind it.

A sleeping Aracel was all curled up on my lap as I lazily read through a book. It was a bit boring but had a few interesting parts every now and then, so I was just searching for those bits instead.

Ashanti was currently taking a shower after working in his garden. Like always, his crops had the best produce but that comes from hard work and dedication. He loved being in his garden because it helped him clear his mind and feel closer to mother nature as he would put it.

He had informed me that the Alphas had slowed down in trying to find us, but they certainly weren't giving up. After all, the rogues have began to attack packs more frequently and have been reported that they are growing in numbers.

Sometimes I wonder how these Alpha's think. They are so quick to kick out their own members but forget that by doing so, they are only increasing the rogue population and let's not forget most have a thirst for revenge.

Rather than being quick to throw out their members, they should be more forgiving towards them. They are of the same kind yet this is how they treat one another.

Alphas are supposed to be strong and wise to lead their pack in the right direction, but most of them are following the wrong path. They're forgetting their purpose and not only calling destruction upon their selves but their pack.

Closing the book, I gently shifted Aracel's body onto the bed before quietly leaving her room. Going into the living room, I placed the book back into its spot on the bookshelf as muscular arms wrapped around my waist.

A groan escaped my mouth as I turned to face a smirking Ashanti. He better not try anything knowing that I want nothing more than to roll around on the bed and hide in the covers.

"Oh, be quiet," he rolled his eyes as he picked me up bridal style and began walking to our room. "I have a little surprise for you and no, it's now what you think." His hazel eyes shining brightly making me a tiny bit suspicious.

When we got in the room, I thought that he would just put me down, but he just threw me on the bed as if I weighed nothing. A mischievous look in his eyes as he slowly approached me, his hands reaching for the bottom of his shirt.

"Uh uh. You better stop right there mister," I said while wagging my finger in front of him as I backed away. I grabbed a pillow and blocked my body from him with it.

I stayed like that for a few seconds before I could hear him laughing. Slowly putting the pillow away, I saw that he still had his shirt on but he was holding a small box of chocolate as he was just laughing away.

"Oh Ally," he sang out once he managed to stop laughing. "Always having naughty thoughts, maybe we should turn them into a reality," he suggested as he winked at me.

A tiny blush crept up on my face but I just grabbed the box of chocolate out of his hands and make a wall with the pillows around me. There was no way I was letting him near me after doing that.

"Come on, I got you chocolate and now you're hiding that beautiful face from me," he said with a saddened voice. A small smile made its way onto my face as I gave him a thumbs up through a little crack in the pillows, but before I could pull my hand back, he grabbed it and yanked me towards him.

"Cut it out," I whined as he wrapped his arms around me. "I just want to eat this chocolate in peace and I'll even share with you," I said in a childlike manner.

Humour was dancing in his eyes as he sat down on the bed with me sitting on his lap. His hand wrapped securely around me as my fingers hurriedly opened the box to see the delicious goodness inside.

"Sure thing sweetheart," he smiled as he plopped one in his mouth. The smile on my face widened as I began eating up the chocolates two at a time.

This was the perfect end to a long and tiring day and all thanks to chocolate.

Well, I guess Ashanti as well but whatever.
