"Very nice Ara," I smiled at her drawing of the lake. It was beautifully done for her age and not even I could draw anything nice compared to how well done she did it.

She happily clapped her hands as she loudly giggled while jumping up and down. Her golden curls bouncing with her movement as well as I laughed with her. She was just always so bubbly and in a happy mood.

Still, she didn't talk much and even if she did, it would probably be one word. Ashanti and I have already asked her why she won't talk but she would always laugh and shake her head.

I went to throw away my horrible drawing and get some lemonade for the both of us, but when I got back to the garden she was nowhere in sight. Placing the tray on the table, I began yelling her name as I run about.

Ashanti was out once again so I couldn't ask him for help. My mind was racing with so many possibilities of what might have happened and how useless I was that I had just lost my own child.

After looking everywhere in the house, I decided that the only other place she might be is the lake. That's the only other place I have not looked and she knows.

Full of hope, I raced out of the house and to the lake not knowing what I would do if she wasn't there.

Thankfully, that was exactly where she was. Aracel was running around a tree that was near the lake with her arms open wide. Her legs moving quickly as she hummed to a song that I had sang for her.

"Aracel!" I yelled, getting her attention as she ran straight into me. Her arms wrapping around my waist as she hugged me tightly.

"You had me worried that they had got you," I said, as I pulled her up on my hip and returned her hug. I was so relieved that she was alright and that the Alpha's hadn't found us just yet.

Sighing, I placed her on my shoulders before going back to the house while singing a song to fully calm myself down. These days, it just seem as if any little thing can make me emotional although this wasn't a small thing.

"Donde quiera que vayas
Estaré alli
Donde quiera que vayas
Siempre estoy cerca
En tu corazón
Y en tu mente
Nunca estaremos separados
Así que no lloras

Tu madre te tiene
Y ambos volaremos
A través del cielo azul azul."

It wasn't long before both Aracel began humming to the song as I sang. Her hands playing in her hair as she swayed her head from side to side.

When we got back to the house, Ashanti had already arrived and was just eating potato chips while watching something on his phone. His feet were up on the center table as bits of chips fell all over the couch.

Aracel was off my shoulder in less than a second as she run over to him and jumped on his feet, nearly throwing down his phone as he caught it before it fell on the floor.

It was quite obvious that she was a daddy's girl and he spoiled her. Whatever she wanted he would get her, but she didn't want anything. She was more into drawing and playing outdoors and anything energetic.

Laughing, I joined them on the couch before stealing away Ashanti's chips and began stuffing them in my mouth. Although it was unhealthy, I really liked the onion cream flavoured potato chips. It was just so tasty and I loved the crunching sound.

"Want one Ara?" I asked as she nodded her head before opening her mouth. After I had given her around four chips, she was now trying to steal Ashanti's phone as he tried to move it away from her.

It was quite entertaining to watch, especially when Aracel tried climbing up his head so that he wouldn't block her. Those two was something else.

"So where did you go off to today?" I questioned when the two were no longer playing and Ara was just rolling on the floor. She truly believed she was a potato from eating the chips.

"Was just out getting some groceries and toys and I also got some new plants," he said, as he typed away on his phone. His fingers moving very quickly as he stared at the screen.

"Oh, and I got a few stuff for you and Ara." He was focused on whoever it was he texting, but he had told me earlier on that he had a friend spying on some people for him.

Maybe it was that same friend who had let him know where to find me and I was glad that they did. If not, then I have no idea what would have happened to me.

"Come on Ara. You can stop being a potato and you need to take a bath," I said as I walked towards her, but she just rolled away from me.

After a few minutes, somehow I was also on the floor while Ara and Ashanti was tickling me to death as I tried to get away from them. The two had teamed up on me after I asked Ashanti to help me but he fell for Ara's puppy dog eyes.

What a wonderful little family that I have.

Wherever you go
I'll be there

We'll never be apart
So don't you cry

Mother's got you
And we'll both fly
Across the blue blue sky
