A-BookieMonster Just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful cover which I absolutely love. Its beautiful and I could never make a cover like that.

Anyways, at what chapter do you think this book should end on. I have one in mind, but I won't say anything just yet.

I just wanted to let you know that this isn't Game of Thrones.

No Cersei and Jaime business up in here😂😂(Just realized my characters are blonde like them. Hehe)

I had just finished tucking in Aracel after feeding her and was now on my way downstairs. My hands were shaking because of my nervousness.

Ashanti was seated on the couch with a book in his hand and didn't even look up when I came in. From the look of seriousness on his face, I knew that he was still angry.

"Ashanti," I called to him, but he just turned the page of the book. I sighed as I sat down besides him.

"I only told them that so they wouldn't ask questions as to why I had run away and I'm also sorry for that as well," I said, quickly adding the last part.

He let out a scoff as he turned the page once again. I let out a soft sigh as I tried to come up with a solution.

It took me a few minutes to talk myself into what I was about to do, but I was now ready. There was no way I was going to be staying in the same house with an angry wolf.

Taking in a breath, I got up before sitting on him and taking the book away from him. He tried to grab it from me but I just tossed it across the room.

I cupped his face with my hands as I forced him to look at me. "I'm sorry, okay? I didn't mean to run away or lie on you and I wasn't thinking right at that time."

I was ready to say anything to make him forget about what Mateo said.

He stared into my eyes for sometime before he removed my hands from his face. "Is that how you viewed me before? An abuser, really?" He asked, taking me off guard.

My mouth opened and closed as my mind went blank. Not having anything to say, I stood up and was about to walk away when he pulled me back.

I was now resting on his chest with our faces merely touching as we stared into one another's eyes. I opened my mouth to say something when he smashed his lips on mine.

I pushed him back before speaking. "Look, I'm very sorry and no, you were a very kind and helpful person who took me in. Nothing has changed because you're still the same caring person. I simply had to come up with a story for why I was on the run."

He sighed while wrapping his arms around my body. "I forgive you." I was about to say something when he began kissing me again.

As soon as his lips made contact with mine, my body instantly began responding as my hands went to his shirt. I was craving his touch on my skin with each passing second and I couldn't contain myself.

Just as I was about to remove his shirt, he suddenly pulled back leaving me confused. Confused as to why he started something that he didn't plan on finishing, leaving me hungry for him. We simply stared into each other's eyes as I waited for his explanation.

"We're leaving tonight. Some Alpha's have found this place and are going to be sending their men here any minute," he said. I wasn't surprised that they had found us, because I knew that sooner or later they would.

"So we're basically running from them," I said causing him to laugh as if I had just said something funny. His body vibrating from beneath me wasn't helping my current situation and the look in his eyes told me that he knew exactly what he was doing.

"Well we're actually doing them a favor because by going away, they have some more time before they meet their death," he said while smirking and giving me a look that just made my insides die.

"Well fine, since you put it that way and it was getting cramped in here with Aracel," I said, playing in his hair. I don't know why but I just couldn't keep my fingers out of the perfect waves that was coming out of his head.

He nodded his head. "Well why don't you go pack up Ara's stuff and I'll go finish up packing everything else."

I got off of him and turned around to walk away but he slapped my butt making me growl as he let out a deep chuckle.

"You better finish off what you started earlier," I said, as I walked away and to Aracel's room to find her peacefully sleeping.  A smile made its way onto my face as I looked at my little angel.

She was now my main priority and it was because of her I found a reason to live. Now I had to do everything I could to keep her safe from this cruel world.

My perfect little sunshine.
