Ash POV
I woke up and stretches my arm then do my morning activities like brushing my teeth,washing my face then exercise before my gym battle.
Misty called me and saying breakfast is ready,I quickly stop my exercise and start eating.
After breakfast Nurse Joy called us saying my pokemon is about to hatch.
Really!! Its about to hatch yes!!! I jump for joy and quickly run to where Nurse Joy is.
Oh Ash great timing your egg is about to hatch Nurse Joy said with a smile.
The pokemon egg is moving and making a cracking sound indicating is about to hatch.
Then suddenly the egg glow bright and starting to form shape,it stop glowing for a few seconds and revealing a Cute blue Pokemon who looks like a dog.
Cool a Riolu!!!! I quickly said and hold Riolu.
Riolu?(are you my mom?).
Haha no silly but I kinda like your father not mother got it I said saying I'm not his mother.
Aww its so cute!! Hey Ash can I hold him Misty ask.
Of course!!! I handed Riolu to Misty and she already playing with him.
Then I thought an idea.
Hey Misty I kinda think I use Riolu for my first gym battle don't you think its a good idea? I ask Misty.
Well Riolu is young to fight so I kinda think its a bad idea Misty said giving me her honest thought on my idea.
Well not really,I think this little guy has potential Ash said believing his feeling about Riolu having a great power inside him.
Well its you choice but don't blame me when Riolu started hating you Misty said looking at me with warning face.
Don't worry Riolu and I will do our best I said patting Riolu head making him smile in delight.
We stayed in Pewter city Pokemon center for a week to train Riolu and Misty agree with me.
After feeding Riolu I started training him to use Attacks and teach him to dodge attacks properly,I also train him to use fighting attacks and teach him to use Aura knowing Riolu is one of the pokemon can use Aura.
Father I did it!! Riolu said to me with a smile.
You did great Riolu now your ready I said patting his head.
After training we rest for a whole day and spent walking around the city,Riolu is enjoying his sightseeing around the city while Misty is fixing her hair.
Hey Misty look a Battle field let's fight before my first gym battle,I wanna know how strong Riolu is? right Riolu I said challenging Misty.
Okay but whoever lose will treat the winner for dinner alright? Misty said demanding a bet.
