Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That chose to save a wretch like me
I walk a path in which His grace abounds
Blood staining His footprints; He went afore me
His peace leads and loves surrounds
And the mountains stand firm above me
It's daunting from this valley to see the mound
The shadow casts fear from within me
But love ignites my courage with the pipers' sound
I once was of shadows but now I shine, brilliantly
I was lost but now by Christ I'm found;
'Twas blind but now I see so clearly
