    "This place is skeevy." Aria said. We were waiting for Spencer in an alley, in front of a pawnshop where Spencer traded Melissa's ring in.
    "She pawned her sister's wedding ring. You're not gonna go to Tiffany's." Hanna sassed.
    "So Wren and Melissa?" Emily questioned.
    "Weird,right?" I asked.
    "Could you tell what he gave her?" Emily asked.
    "No. She didn't seem happy about it." Aria said.
    "I wonder if Ian will be." Hanna said.
    "How you holding up?" Aria asked Emily.
    "Great. Ever since I got that fake scholarship letter, my mom thinks I can do no wrong." Emily answered. "I'm living a lie I didn't even tell."
    "Leave it to 'A' to make you feel bad about your mom feeling good." Hanna said.
    "I can't believe that it's gone." Spencer said once she came out from the shop. The ring is gone, and they give her a horseshoe.
    "At least you got your money back." Hanna said.
    "Am I supposed to give her this?" Spencer asked raising up the horseshoe. "I stole it, I actually stole my sister's wedding ring!"
    All of our phones rang. Of course it has to do with 'A'.

    The next morning I was getting ready for school,when mom came into my room.
    "Coffe is made, newspaper is in, and your father is putting breakfast on the table. Double berry pancakes." Mom said. I'm glad she moved back in.
    "Wow! We haven't had those since.." I said.
    "I know. I miss them. It sort of feels like everything's finally getting back to normal around here." Mom exclaimed.
    "I like that." I smiled.
    "So do I."
    Then, Mike came out of his room, I saw him on the hallway.
    "Mike,breakfast." Mom yelled after him.
    "I'll grab something later." Mike responded.
    "Mike on the other hand, may not be on the same page about me being back." Mom said.
    "No. He's fine. Why shouldn't he be? At least he has a social life." I sighed.
