FINALE ADIOS

"Max! Lexie!" Sean shouted when Liam and Carl's daughter is about to start a brawl. Palagi na lang iyon nangyayari sa tuwing lumalapit si Lexie sa kanya. She and Carmela is in the same class. They are both five years old while Sean is ten. Sean Axell is Lexie and Carmela's crush. They are both transparent with their young feelings towards him. He on the other side, treat both of the young girls as his baby sister. Though he always treat Maxine Carmela with more affection, pantay-pantay ang tingin niya sa mga batang babaeng binibigyan siya ng atensyon.

"Bakit? Sayo lang ba si kuya Sean? Ha?" Lexie's loud voice with her rolling eyes when she pushed Carmela.

"Lexie...stop!" Nasalo ni Sean si Carmela pero nang makatayo ito ay muli itong itinulak ni Lexie.

"Oo! Bakit? He is my kuya! He call my mom Mommy Ava! And I call his mom Mommy Kara!" She shouted and rolled her eyes. Nakapamewang ito habang humahakbang palapit kay Lexie.

"Max...enough..." Kalmadong pigil ni Sean sa kanya.

"Diba sabi ko sayo, hindi maganda ang nakikipag-away. Wala namang ginawa sayo si Lexie. You shouldn't-"

"Meron!" Sigaw ni Carmela, gigil na gigil habang unti-unti na namang humahakbang.

"What did she do?"

"She...she...she..." Gigil pa din, hindi niya maituloy ang sasabihin.

"She's looking at you. She's-"

"Did it hurt you?" Putol ni Sean sa kanya.

"No..." Napayuko niyang sabi.

"See, wala siyang ginawang masama sayo. Say sorry to Lexie." Kalmadong sabi ni Sean.

"She pushed me too! Why would I say sorry sa kanya? She should the one who-"

"Max...say sorry to Lexie. Sige na, say sorry to her." He held her trembling hands. Sean kneeled down and put his left hand over her chest.

Maxine Carmela tend to hyperventilate when she's mad. He is trying to calm her down.

"Max, look at me...come on...let's do it together."

Drew had taught him a technique to control his anger and anxiety. Isang bagay na itinuro din nito kay Carmela sa tuwing hindi nito nakokontrol ang sarili.

"Good...ten more deep breath..." Sean's position didn't change while having an eye to eye contact with her.

He was able to calm her down. Gumaan ang pakiramdam nito. Lalo na nang di bumitaw si Sean sa kamay niya.

"Are you okay?" Bumaling si Sean kay Lexie. Hinaplos nito ang ulo ng batang tumango at abot hanggang tenga ang ngiti.

"Max, what will you say to her?"

Sean didn't let her hand go. Alam niya na magbabago na naman ang mood nito kung gagawin niya iyon habang hinahaplos ang ulo ni Lexie.

"Sorry..." She said calmly.

Tumango lang si Lexie sa kanya. Paalis na sana silang dalawa nang dumating si Lilienne, Lexie's older sister. They look like twins on a first glance. Having the same set of blue round eyes they got from Liam. Natural blonde curly hair, a
Russian beauty indeed. Ni wala man lang silang nakuhang features sa ina nila. There is no trace of Asian blood from them. Para silang mga foreigner na nagsasalita ng tagalog.

"Kuya...kuya...kuya...kuya Sean. Kuya Sean." Lilienne with her rigid, no eye to eye contact and repetitive words.

"Nagpunta...nag...nag...nagpunta kami. Nagpunta kami sa...nagpunta kami sa...sa...sa...sa disneyland. May...may... may pasa...may pasalubong...may pasalubong ako sayo..." She handed the small paper to Sean.
