CHAPTER 52: It's Better To Feel This Way

"Akyatin mo na sa kwarto niya iha. Parang may lakad ata siya. He woke up early." Magiliw na sabi ng mommy ni Carl sa dalaga.

This is the first time Melissa went to her boyfriend's house. Their mansion was like an entire village that she doesn't want to think about how many hectares it is. She's too overwhelmed how big Alcantara's mansion. It is not even one eight of the mansion where her family lives. Carl's father is an only child and so is he. He is the only heir of Alcantara Medical Corporation. It's a billion dollar corporation with different companies around the world.

"Tita dito na lang po ako. Aantayin ko na lang po siya." Nahihiya siyang akyatin si Carl sa itaas lalo na at hindi ito nagsabi sa kanya na magpupunta ito ngayon sa bahay nila.

"Ikaw naman iha, huwag ka na mahiya. Magiging bahay mo din ito in the future."

"Po?" Mas lalo siyang nahiya sa sinabi ng mommy ni Carl. Hiya na may halong kilig. Iniisip pa lang niya na makakasama na niya ang binata araw-araw, kinikilig na siya.

"Halika na, ikaw talaga...nahihiya ka pa eh. Soon, his room will be your room." Hinila na siya ng mommy nito sa taas at ihinatid sa tapat ng kwarto ni Carl.

"Naku Tita, sa baba ko na lang po siya aantayin. Hindi po kasi ako nakapagsabi sa kanya na-"

"Hindi mo kailangan magsabi sa kanya. You are always welcome here. Kahit anong araw at kahit anong oras. Even in the middle of the night, my daughter- in-law is always welcome to crash in this house." Putol ng mommy ni Carl kay Missy sabay haplos sa buhok ng dalaga.

"You are so pretty...I can't wait to see little Carl and Missy running on this house." His mom is smiling while imagining their future kids.

"Ano ba yang dala mo? Ang laki-laki naman ng paper bag na yan."

"Po? Ah...ano po..." Napakagat labi ang dalaga na hindi makasagot.

"Sige na, pumasok ka na!" Hindi na kumatok ang mommy ni Carl sa pinto. Mabilis niyang tinulak si Missy sa loob ng kwarto.

"Hey! Why are you here?" Carl was shocked, he was about to remove the towel hanging from his waist but he quickly put it back when he saw Missy inside.

"Sorry! I didn't see anything! Promise! I really didn't see anything!" She closed and covered her eyes.

"I can't wait for my grandchildren Carl, it's okay even Missy saw it." His mommy is giggling while listening to them from the outside.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" He approached Missy who's still covering her eyes.

She peeked slightly from her finger and saw Carl's upper body. He will just turn eighteen but his body is so perfectly built. No wonder why they always tried to pick him as a model. Well known brands are always eyeing for him, but he always rejects it.

"Wala akong nakita! Promise!" Melissa dropped the paperbag she was carrying to use both hands to cover her eyes.

"Talaga?" He came even closer making her tremble.

"Yeah! Nothing, really! Wala talaga akong nakita. Mamatay man ako! I didn't saw it!" Ninenerbyos niyang sabi.

Carl laughs at Missy's reaction, he can't keep himself from looking at her face. Her two hands were covering her eyes and he could only see her lips.

"How can I be sure that you did not see anything?" He put both of his arms to lock Missy in that position.

"Diba, binalik mo agad yung tuwalya?Besides, I covered my eyes right away." She explained while trembling a little bit.
