More info on the apartment:

I wouldnt say its an apartment its more of a penthouse if that makes sense. They dont have any top or bottom neighbors but they do have side neighbors like right next door if that makes sense. The first floor is the garage/ the entrance. Second is the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Third floor are all the rooms. Fourth which is the last is the game room/ hangout/ movie room and then a place to do all your laundry. Its looks like this from the outside.
