In this Miu and Kokichi aren't in the killing game but they're adults living together in a house since they're together.

Miu was always slightly scared of the dark. She never had someone to comfort her so her childhood fear lived on.

She realizes Kokichi was home from work early and started making her way towards the living room where Kokichi was sitting on the couch. Miu got in the couch and layer on his chest.

"Miu? What's wrong?" He asked Miu hurried her face in his checkered hoodie "Dark..." She replied. Kokichi sighed as he started messing with her hair. "Should I take you to the bedroom?" Kokichi asked, Miu shook her head " No, just...talk to me." Kokichi smiled "Well, what do you wanna talk about?" Miu looked up " How's work?" She asked.

Kokichi groaned "Co-workers were extra annoying today. Maki wouldn't shut up the whole time we were working on our project." Miu laughed

" That's fun I bet!" She said sarcastically making Kokichi roll his eyes "Oh hush. Anyway, how's Kiibo? Is he fixed yet?" Miu shook her head and looked down.

" No. Every test I run fails..." Miu put her arms around Kokichi's neck " But I know I'm getting close!" She said smiling making Kokichi nod.

After a while of talking about work and other things for about an hour Miu yawned. Kokichi noticed and put his arms around Miu's waist and legs.

"Well then, let's get to bed so we can be more comfortable" Miu nodded and started to get up but was swept of her feet " Eek! " She squeaked making Kokichi laugh. He was holding her bridal style which surprised her " Damn, you're so small how can you pick me up?" Kokichi shrugged and walked to their shared bedroom.

Kokichi put Miu on the bed and walked away for a second "Where are you going?" She asked as she looked around, unable to see making her worry.

"I'm getting a nightlight for you!" Kokichi said in his sugary sweet voice making Miu smile. The light turned on and Kokichi laid with Miu. She proceeded to hold on to Kokichi's warm body and burry her face in his chest.

Kokichi takes off her goggles and placed them on the nightstand beside the bed. He then held on to her waist and closed his eyes but didn't fall asleep. Miu listened to his breathing for a while before her eyes became heavy. She closed them and drifted into sleep. Kokichi, knowing she was asleep finally let tiredness take over and he fell asleep as well.
