Kokichi was listening to his girlfriend fighting with Tenko about something when he saw vibrant pink splotches on Miu's skirt. He then saw her trying to secretly wrap her arms around her stomach and she ended up looking like she'd been punched in the gut. He sighed and grabbed her arm, pulling her outside.

"What the hell?" She said still holding on to her torso.

"There's blood on your skirt" Kokichi said making Miu gasped " Shit! " She said as she started running towards her dorm, Kokichi following behind.

A few minutes later

Miu now had on black sweat pants and Kokichi's checkered hoodie. She was laying on her bed in in a ball letting out occasional groans.

"This fucking sucks" Miu told Kokichi " Fuck you uterus! "

"I know, I know" Kokichi replied laughing slightly as he rubbed her back.

Kokichi thought for a second then got up, "Where are you going?" Miu asked. Kokichi turned on his phone and turned on some music "Turning on some music that says can relieve cramps" I said smiling.

Kokichi got back on the bed " Hey, I'm gonna sit you in a certain position, it may be weird but it helps." Miu nodded " GOD DO ANYTHING! "

Miu was now sitting up with her legs over the sides of the bed " You weren't lying when you said it'd be a weird position..." She said making Kokichi laugh. He then pulled her shirt up to her bellybutton.

"What are you doing?" She asked.

"I'm gonna massage right above your uterus. It helps with cramps. " He said as he started to massage Miu's stomach. Miu grabbing on to his arms as he did. The massage had been going on for only a few minutes before Miu was mostly relaxed.

"Better?" Kokichi asked earning a nod. Kokichi stopped and laid next to Miu, holding her waist. Miu moved closer to Kokichi's warmth.

Tenko bursted into the room for some reason "WHAT DID YOU DO TO MIU BITCH!" She yelled.

Kokichi laughed "She's dead!" Kokichi laughed Tenko looked like she was about to run out when Kokichi said "It's a lie!" He started cackling. Tenko rolled her eyes and walked out of the room "Stupid men" she mumbled under her breath, making Kokichi laugh harder.

Miu placed a finger over his mouth "Shut up I'm trying to sleep, abortion." Kokichi calmed down and started playing with Miu's hair.

"Hey Kokichi?" Miu said.

"Yeah?" Kokichi replied. Miu turned to face him " How did you know how to do these things? And the music? Did you have a sister?"

Kokichi sighed, " I did have a sister but she didn't let me help her with this since I was very young but the reason I knew how to do all of this is because I'm trans." Miu nodded.

" You're not surprised or even mad? " Kokichi asked. Miu shook her head "Nope! And I support and accept you. " She exclaimed making Kokichi smile.

Miu and Kokichi ended up falling asleep listening to the playlist.
