But one day... he found a strange looking box. Box of Destiny, to help guide a lost soul to him, or, in other words is join his familia. Thus, armed with a bit of debt, he's now ready to take on the Gekai's hardships. (The box is a gacha, but rather than summoning a servant, it guides a somewhat reincarnated version of Fate Grand Order characters to him).

This is a story following the Undertale True Pacifist route, and creating a Deltarune story. {{STORY IS A WIP}} The sun shone brightly over the horizon, the warmth comforting the monsters faces happily. Asriel gripped the hand in his palm softly, Frisk smiling at the wonderful warmth of the Surface. Toriel, the former caretaker of the ruins, had taken Asriel's hand and begun to lead the two off to a new place they never knew. Frisk glances over to the child goat beside them, squeezing his paw just a little tighter. Asriel teared up and smiled. "Thank you, Frisk.. Thank you for helping me..." Soon, the three came to a stop. The open gates to a village. As promised, Frisk stood up tall with their chin high to the sky, and lead the monsters past every human, to a beautiful fountain, laced with shining buttercups. Asriel felt an unsettling drop in his gut, but tried to stay strong, just as everyone around him was. Frisk, with the help of the Great Papyrus, climbed to the dry top of the fountain and began to shout a speech. "Humans of the surface! My name is Frisk Dreemurr, and I am one of 2 princes of the underground! And yes... Kris wants to see Ralsei again. He senses something strangely familiar about the prince. But what is it? This is a sequel to Delta Rune. But in this story, the very ending didn't happpen. Kris only goes to sleep and nothing happens after that.

Ever since Frisk and her friends/family left the underground, Asriel has been trapped back into his flower prison. But when he somehow finds a way to communicate with a girl named Cynia, she uses her magic to allow him to take monster form once again, reigning as the prince of the underground. The only rules for his second chance are: 1. You must not reveal your real name to anyone. if you do, the years you will have spent as a flower will catch up to you, and you will disappear from this world. 2. You cannot allow anyone to see who you are. Monsters are on the hunt for prince Asriel, all the lands may perish if your true self is revealed. 3. This is the most important one. No harm must come to the heroes you are to meet someday, considering the prophecy. If those heroes perish, these world's will collide, and the monsters' underground will be obliterated. with these rules in mind, Asriel takes on the identity of Ralsei, a dark prince of the underground, destined to help two heroes get home. He knows that the fate of both worlds as he knows it depends on him keeping his identity secret and his friends safe. He just hopes he can keep his promise to Cynia and still maintain peace without attacking anyone. (Author note: If you guys like this story, I may turn it into a series, including stories for Susie, Lancer, Kris, etc. before and during Deltarune. Also, I don't own any characters other than Cynia, or any of the art. I hope you enjoy the story!!!!)

this was my final english project for my junior year so obviously i decided to write deltarune fan fiction (i changed all the names when i turned it in though so i wouldn't out myself lmao). this was my first time ever writing fanfic, lemme know how i did! i had a lot of fun so i might write more in the future who knows. anyway on to the actual description of the story. this was based mostly off of the paintball episodes of community, if ur familiar with the show (and if ur not you should totally go watch it), the title is the name of the first paintball episode of the show. basically the whole gang gets in a paintball fight over something stupid. ralsei and lancer go to school with everyone, and also because this was an english essay everyones descriptions are human descriptions and i was too lazy to change them. implied krerdly cause i think they're cool but there's not much of it. anyway have fun ig. Kris, the only human living in Hometown, has a normal life there with Toriel. He and Susie, an unlikely friend, entered in a closet which led them to the Dark World. Now he meets Ralsei, a princess that waited her whole life for the heroes, and a tale of Love and Hatred is about to begin. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As you may have noticed, Ralsei is a female and Kris a male. I don't own any of the characters, including images and music used on this story. Most of them are from Toby Fox. May contain lack of cohesion because English isn't my first language. Not everything written here is canon and the book itself isn't of course canon. It's mainly a novelized version of Deltarune but with the lovely Kris x Ralsei ship. Enjoy!
