Anyways, I'm using my weekend to let my emotions rule before I lock them back up, which means I've cried a bit, danced to music, and scrolled through Pinterest to inspire me to do something.
I've also written the first draft of an update which is nice and I'm going to do a lot of writing tomorrow.
I'm pretty sure I've fallen in love with a song, it's bittersweet and beautiful and has a good-old-town feel that just speaks to me. It resonates with my soul and I just- this is why music exists, to connect to parts of us we never knew existed until that song discovered it. I honestly can't describe the song, it just feels real.
And not the real that is darkness and negativity because that's how the world looks, but real in that it feels earthly, it's love in a raw form, it's content with its bittersweetness yet remains hopeful. It's love, is what it is.

Please, please look it up. I know music tastes are all different (heck mine are just "it sounds nice" so no judging), but please, listen to it? If nothing else, maybe you'll understand me a little bit better.
