CLARKE POV
Since Lexa has her own apartment, I usually go to her place to sleep over. Mom still doesn't want me to get my apartment. She says I should stay there for at least 5 years since she lost all those years with me. I just laugh at her, she's joking right? But she's right too. I am never home anyways because of work or because I'm with Lexa. Why should I spend an apartment if my mom is more than willing to let me stay in my old room. I missed the house anyways.
Last night, I slept at mom's house since I got home late after a long meeting, I didn't want to wake Lexa up or let her wait for me. Though, I asked the girls to keep her company. I plan on asking how it went today. I made my way to her apartment to pick her up. She told me to just wait in the car, so I did. When she came down, she only said hi. Hmmm
Me: Hey, princess. Everything okay?
Lexa: Oh, uh yea.
Me: Are you sure? We can talk-
Lexa: Can we just go to work?
Lexa stops me mid sentence. I stop speaking and just nod. We drove to work in silence. I dropped her off at Mercedes Benz and made my way to Verdant. She didn't even say goodbye or gave me a kiss. She just left. Did I do something? I sigh and made my way to my office.
I know something's wrong. Lexa won't talk to me, and so does the girls. What did I do? I get tapped on my shoulder and realized I am in the middle of a meeting. I haven't listened to any word they said.
Me: Hmm, okay. I'll go through this and talk to the board. Thank you
They nod and left. I sigh. I couldn't approve or deny their presentation since I haven't even heard what they were presenting. I went back to my office to get my things so I can go talk to Lexa. I was on my way out when my assistant was calling me.
Assistant: Atty. they need you at Paris.
Me: What? I can't go there. I have things to do here
Assistant: I told them that but they want to speak with you.
I groan and made my way back to my office. After a few hours of talking to them, I went to Lexa's office and she wasn't there. I tried calling her, no answer. I even went to look for Raven, Octavia, Luna and Anya, but they weren't in their office too. Where the hell are they?!

LEXA POV
I am ignoring Clarke. It hurts me but I just can't. Today, I'm with the girls. We left work and drove around.
Raven: Clarke's worried about you Lexa. You should answer her calls.
Me: I can't Raven. I'll just ruin her life
Octavia: No you won't. Clarke loves you. And she will do everything for you.
Me: I know. But i just can't ruin her life again. I always do.
Anya: That's nonsense you know that right?
Luna: Tell her now, Lexa. Call her and tell her to go to your apartment. The four of us will be next room in case anything happens.
I think for a second and nods. They are right. Clarke has the right to know what's going on. I call Clarke and she quickly answers.
(Phone call )
Clarke: Oh god, Lexa. Where are you?
Me: I went out with the girls. I'm on my way to my apartment now.
Clarke: Is everything alright? Do you like me to come?
Me: I..uh-
I get slapped in my arm and I glare at Luna
Me: Uh, yes. I actually want to talk to you.
Clarke: I'll be there in 5.
I hang up the phone and sigh
Raven: Everything's going to be okay. Don't tell Clarke we're there so she won't feel pressured.
I nod. When we arrived, they quickly went to the guest bedroom. I went to change and waited for Clarke. After a few minutes, Clarke was knocking on my door.
Clarke: Hey, is everything okay?
Me: Yes, I just wanted to talk to you.
Clarke: You can tell me anything, you know that right?
I nod and sigh. We went to sit in the living room. We sat there in silence for a few minutes. I was just staring at the floor, fidgeting with my fingers
Clarke: Hey, it's okay. You can tell me anything. I love you remember?
Me: I know.
I breathe in deep and start speaking.
Me: Last night, the girls and I were partying, right?
Clarke: Yea. I asked them because I wanted you to have some company.
Me: Right. So we were eating, talking, the usual stuff. And you know, Raven and Anya-
Clarke: Always with their booze.
We both chuckle
Me: Yes. Well, last night. I..uh.
I stopped. I open my mouth and nothing comes out.
Clarke: Lexa? Did something happen?
I look at her and she removed her hands on my thigh. She's hurting.
Clarke: Lexa?
She was about to stand up but I pull her back to sit down.
Me: Nothing happened. Atleast no cheating, no kissing, no other people involved. It involves me and you.
Clarke: Oh, what is it?
I look back down. Should I break up with her?
Clarke: Lexa, not again. Are you breaking up with me?
I look up and see Clarke wiping her tears. I am also in tears now.
Me: I..Clarke, I don't know what to do.
Clarke: Just tell me and I'll help you. Don't push me away. I'm your girlfriend and I'll do everything for you. You know that right?
I was about to speak when Clarke's phone rang. We just stare at each other, her not answering the phone. It rang again.
Me: Answer that first.
Clarke answered and she was already mad. Probably something about the construction of the foster home. And well, a mix of her getting pissed at me. Her phone call ends and she sat down the couch across me and she's just looking at me. I look down.
Clarke: If you're breaking up with me, fine. I'm doing everything I can to make you happy. To keep us together. But I just can't keep doing this, trying to pull you and make you stay. I'm barely holding on to myself with catching up with all those five years and lost memories. But I try Lexa because I love you. But you always push me away. I can't force you to stay with me. I don't even know if you want to be with me anymore. So if you want to break up with me, fine. Goodbye, Lexa.
Clarke stood up and left. She opened the door and I shouted
Me: Clarke, I'm pregnant.
