i am so tired , i dont think i will be able to travel this much..oh well
8th september
once we landed , i was walking out of the airport and fans began to rush around me. its 5am ..what they hell are you guys awake for.get some sleep please
once i left and arrived at rehearsals yoona came to meet me.
yoona: people are commenting that you work too hard.you should have changed before coming out of the plane.go get changed now
me:oh well.
rehearsal were tiring , but i got through them
the fan meeting was quite fun.
memorable moments:
- did you really come straight here from the ralph lauren show?
(yes i did, the show ended and i drove to the airport)
- whats one artist who you enjoy listening to their music?
( bts , conan gray, txt , chungha, sunmi , hyuna)
- what is the first album you bought?
( the first one that i actually went out to buy and pay for in a shop was...mamamoo "yellow flower". i was too obsessed with "starry night")
soundcheck went really well too , but my i dropped my microphone which was embarrassing, i laughed it off though.meh
the show went really well
the fan came up and seemed to be quite small , a figure walked behind the fan.
the taller person spoke
her: hello , i am amy and this is my daughter. we came together because we are both fans.
she didn't even ask a question , i just played a bit with the kid and then they left (taking the merchandise bag).once the show wrapped up , i was being driven to the airport again.
i had a shower in the plane and i got changed for the tom ford show.it begins at 8pm
9th september
we had landed at around 5pm and i was driven straight to the show. of course new york fashion week would have an impact not he traffic so we headed out really early.
the show was beyond boring.i am not going back next year, no way. it was so generic and plain. i lost hope after a few models walked out.some of the models didn't even walk properly or they lacked stage presence and emotion...i mean come on
i didn't order anything , but i did speak to tom ford himself and he seemed like a nice guy. after speaking with him , i didn't wait , i literally got back in the car and went to singapore again , i have a show in half a day.whilst we were waiting for our flight , we were in the gucci store and was buying a pair of shoes and i was disturbed by a random person
the person: oh my god , oh my god , i am such a huge fan.
me: oh , nice to meet you.
person: i am live recording this for all my followers
me: oh , umm.. hello then .
my security got closer to me .
me: i am sorry but i need to go and catch my flight.
she nodded . i put down the shoes and headed to the gate.
david: she is behind us
me: ignore her, she is irrelevant and there is only one person. we can handle singapore.
he nodded and we carried on .
10th september
we landed and as soon as we landed i was at rehearsals.
it went by quite slowly but i was soon at the fan meeting
memorable moments:
- when do you sign all the posters for the cafe?
( i am always signing in planes and hotels .or when i am driving to locations...sometimes when i am backstage. any moment i get , i get given posters and i happily sign them)
- what is the fashion show you are most exited for?
(chanel and balenciaga)
- who do you want to have a collaboration with?
( some one suitable, with similar morals and ethics as me.someone who supports my fans and is respectable)
the soundcheck was hilarious, there were a group of fans who were having the time of their lives .honestly they looked so happy and it made me happy too.
the fan who came up seemed nervous
him: hi , im adrian
me: hi nice to meet you, im diamond
him: so im actually a stylist , i was wondering about your fashion style.who plans what you wear at fashion shows
me: so for award shows and things like that , me and my stylist come together .but its mostly them.for albums and promotions and concept photos , its all by my stylists.for fashion shows , its mostly me. i choose the outfit from a selection of clothes my stylists choose.
him: did you stylist come with you to new york?
me: only one of them, because the rest need to stay here and prepare for the concerts. but the lovely stylist who came with me gets to relax on concert days , cause they did their bit abroad.but i take outfits quite seriously .
we finished the conversation , he grabbed his merchanidise bag and left.
once again , as soon as the concert was over i was on a plane back to new york.
i had the clothes for the michael kors show in the plane and i had gotten changed in the bathroom a few minutes before we were going to land.
11th september
as soon as the plane landed a airport golf cart came to pick me up and drop me off at the exit.
there were fans waiting by the exit to take pictures, they were ushered out of the way and i headed to the exit.
the michael kors show begins at 10 am, so i have a few hours
before going to the show , i went to the hotel and revised for my exam on today ,
and hour later i was driving to the show
the show was really good. whatever it was that bella hadid was wearing , it was down right stunning. i placed a few orders after the show and spoke to micheal kors for a bit. he was very charismatic from what i remember.on my way out of the venue , "elle korea" came to stop me for an interview.
interviewer: what are you wearing?
i explained what i was wearing and the interviewer was shocked by something
interviewer: your wearing a mans belt?
me: yes...why?
she quickly changed the topic and after a few minutes i left to go back to the hotel.
once i got to the hotel i got changed into pyjamas and slept.i had a few hours of sleep and was woken up to get ready for the next show, marc jacobs
upon arrival , i was practically bombarded by photographers , i could barley see where i was going.but once i was inside , i was safe and more free to move around. i had a few interviews but was quickly seated so that the show could begin.i undoubtably had the best seat in their, a security guard remain next to me .the show was quite good , but as soon as it finished marc jacobs spoke to me whilst i ordered a few things and and then i left before everyone else.
.once i was back in the plane , we had a meeting about saudi arabia. it is a very cultured and respected country , so of course we had a few changes to our regular ...behaviour and attire. the female bighit workers were to wear suitable clothes and not show too much skin. we were to not dance sexually at all , so there was a few choreo changes.also my wardrobe had slightly changed. at previous concerts , i would wear crop tops and skirts . but we had changed it . so instead would not be showing any skin and i would be wearing trousers instead.much more suitable and appropriate for a religiously beautiful country.also we would stop performances and rehearsals so the prayer calls can take place
when we landed , i had gotten changed to have a large black bucket hat and oversized jumper with jeans on .of course , complimented by trainers.
