day one: flowers in my hair

As I have just arrived into the land of the flowers and waves, I think to my self 'am I committing an act of selfishness or survival?' The two often correlate well with each other a lot.
Sometimes, I don't even know which is which. Maybe I'll know the longer I am here.
The flowers are pretty. The vibrant colors seems to shine the longer they are entangled in my hair like a pretty crown. I can see the ocean from my view. And the flowers.
It wasn't until the night came, I realized that selfishness comes with survival. Rather it was an act of self centeredness or because I have to think of myself, it comes with surviving in this life time.
And I choose to be selfish for once.
I love myself more than yesterday and less than tomorrow,

day four: sitting my the orange trees

Hello, army!
We found an orange tree today! It's so beautiful. It reminds me of home. I sit under the spotty shade of the tree as I write this to you, now.
The waves get lower and lower as I watch the oranges sway lightly in the warm breeze. The sun feels a lot brighter now that I'm free. I want to always keep this freedom with me. I will forever store this feeling in my heart.
With the love of many and the love of seven, I learn more and more about myself.
But it was only then when I feel the white sand on my feet that I feel peace for the first time in my life.
Self peace, calming peace. Independence and love surround me. I have found my answer and my nirvana with the love I feel from the sun and the peace I hear from the ocean.
I urge you to stop and take the time to hear, love, smile and feel the sun. You will never regret it.
