I wonder about depression
And how I get fed up
But then I realize
That the nights pass by
As if it were day
And it frights
For me to not have a differentiation
Between the two times of light
I have a night blindness
But not an alarm
To tell me what time of day
Or night shall it be
It’s hard to imagine someone like me
To not realize the time and know
That even if I try
I will not seem
To cry and go on through the night
Because it is early morning
And time of tomorrow is close
How often do you find
A recent graduate
Staying up
Without intentions
Of not sleeping going through their mind?
