I ran along the roof, looking for some action. Tonight seemed so... quite. Where were the criminals hiding? A blood curdling scream came from a dark alley. I did a flip off of the roof and landed behind the criminal.
I unsheathed my katana and used the hilt to knock him unconscious.
"Well, hello Ashley." The teenager snarled. Even tho it was dark, I recognized the black haired assassin. Her brown eyes stare into my green ones.
"Hey Lora." I say awkwardly stretching out the hey. "Haven't seen you since 2010."
"You mean since you abandoned me. We talked about escaping together, and yet you left without me. "Lora snarled.
"I was protecting you! If we had gotten caught you would have been executed. I couldn't live with bringing your life to such an early end." I protest.
"I'm sorry Ashley. Orders are orders." Lora says as she lunges forward.
I block and side step, sending a horizontal blow to her hip. She swivels around and blocks. I run climb the boxes against the wall, using them to propel me. I twist my body so that as I do a flip over her, I'm slashing down with my sword. I landed weirdly and Lora smashed against the wall as everything goes black.
Third p.o.v:
" For the last time, you will rule the league of assassins, whether you like it or not."
" We will do no such thing, you puny mortal." a gravely female voice hissed as 'Renegade' stood up, her eyes now glowing a dark blue. The amulet strung from her neck glowed violently.
"What are you?!" exclaimed the assassin as an unseen force pushed her against the wall.
" I am the one who created all gods, titans, and mortals alike and the one who will destroy it all." The woman answers. (A/n: Yes, I created a goddess. I'm running out of ideas.)
'Renegade' places two fingers on Lora's forehead. Lora lets out a blood curdling screech before collapsing.
