I like dark colours,
And things that match.
You like bright colours,
And things that just don't go together.
I love fire,
And risk my life just to have it.
You like things that shine,
And never judge others.
I never follow the rules,
And constantly get in trouble.
You're intelligently disobedient,
And the 'good kid.'
I know that you're just nice to nose into other peoples' business,
You wanna make as many friends as possible.
You know I just put on a mask,
You know I don't want to get too attached to people.
You've been looking for that 'one',
You think I'm that person.
I think you need to give up,
I won't give in.
You caught me when I accidentally stumbled into your heart,
I didn't mean to.
I said "I'm nothing,
Leave while you can."
You said, "You're absolutely beautiful and you're always mine."
I was speechless,
So I just sat back and listened, smiling.
"I need you here with me,
Don't ever leave. Promise me that?" He pleaded.
I nodded and smiled wider, leaning in towards him for a kiss.
It's weird;
We're exact opposites,
Though...we're the perfect match...
