The two left hugging each other.
"Babe, you know what this is the happiest day for me"

"Kasi nakilala ka na nila Mommy & Daddy. Ikaw pa lang ang unang lalaking nakilala nila"
"As in? So talagang special ako?"
"Oo naman. Super special ka kaya, lalo na dito oh (pointed out his chest)"
"Sus, may pagkacorny ka rin pala minsan Love"

"But wait Love, you texted me kanina na may sasabihin ka sa akin? Remember?"
"Ah yeah. Ahm Ba-be kasi Me and Andrea are planning to go home at Davao and take some vacation before my licensure exam"
"Oh i see. Well, nagplano rin kasi kamj ni Mark na magbabakasyon before the exam also"
"Really? San naman niyo balak? London, Singapore, or Hong kong?"
"Love, ang lalayo naman. Pwede naman sa Pilipinas lang kami magbakasyon. Somewhere in —"
He stop when someone called the name of Dawn.
"Dawnskiiii" a voice of a man
He hurriedly run to the table wherein Richard Dawn was. He hug her tightly.
"Miss me again? It's been a year! Tita told me na uuwi ka daw sa Davao bukas! tamang tama sabay sabay na tayo" he realized that he was carried away and didn't notice that Richard was there. "Ay pare nandyan ka pala. Pasensya na, namiss ko lang tong Dawnskii ko eh" he added.
"Oh, bakit ka ba andito? I mean diba graduation niyo na rin?"
"Ah yeah. Meron lang pinakuha sa Manila si Mama. Tsaka next week pa naman ang graduation namin eh"
"Oh i see. Wait, nagkakilala naman na kayo right? But not in formal way"
"Ako ng magpapakilala sa sarili ko Love. Pare Richard Gomez, Dawn's boy friend" and he held his hand.
Dave also held his hand as an answer. "Dave nga pala, Dawn's best friend, childhood friend"
Before Dawn can speak they heard a phone ringing and it was for Richard.
"Hello....Yes speaking....what??????..where is that.....i'm on my way" He end the call teary eyes
"Babe, what's wrong?"
"S-i Ja-mes naaksidente"
"Oh gosh. Nasan na daw siya?"
"Nasa Asian hospital"
"Bakit ang layo? Papunta ba siyang Laguna?"
"Maybe. Can you come with me Love. I can't make it on my own. Hindi ko alam ang nararamdaman ko ngayon. Natatakot ako, kinakabahan. pano kung—"
"Shhhh. Don't think negative Babe, remember i'm here always for. I'm only one call away right? Sige na ako na magdadrive. Don't panic ok?"
"Ano? Dawn ikaw magdadrive? Alalahanin mo Alabang ang pupuntahan niyo nasa manila pa kayo. Kung gusto niyo ako na lang magdrive para sa inyo" Dave.
"Babe, i think he's right. Para mas mabantayan kita. Can i have your key"
he gave the key to Dawn and she gave it to Dave. They now in their way to his car. The couple occupied the back seat. The ride was just quiet, Dave stares at them time to time while Dawn is still comforting Richard who's still in shock about the news he heard. Their hands intertwined. "Sana ako na lang sa ganyang kalagayan para ako na lang ang nasa tabi mo at damang dama ko ang pagmamahal mo. Ang sakit Dawn, bakit ba kasi naisipan ko pang ipagdrive tong mokong na to eh. Kailangan ko ng bilisan para hindi na to makaiskor pa!" Dave in a back of his mind. He just back on reality when Dawn speak.
"Ui salamat ha! Buti na lang medyo nakaidlip siya"
"Naku wala yun kesa naman ikaw ang mahirapan noh! Biruin mo nasa expressway pa lang tayo"
"Kawawa naman siya Dave. I hope he's brother will be fine"
"Sino bang tinutukoy mong kawawa, yang boy friend mo o yung kapatid niya?"
"Both of them" then she kiss Richard's forehead.
"Sige magpahinga ka rin muna, medyo malayo pa eh. I'll wake up you both kapag nandun na tayo"
"Thanks Dave."
After an almost one and half hour of ride they now reach the ASIAN Hospital.
"Dawnskiiii gising na, we're here na. Gisingin mo na rin yang isang yan"
She open her eyes slowly and finds Richard still sleeping peacefully in her shoulder. She kiss him on his lips to wake him up.
"Babe, nandito na tayo. Gising ka na"
And he open his eyes. "Love, kinakabahan parin ako"
She hold her hand and intertwined "Nandito lang ako Babe, i'll never leave you" then she kiss him again on lips quickly.
They go down and went straight inside the hospital, Dave is still following them.
"Good evening, San po ang room ni James Gomez?"
"Room 219 sir"
"Thanks" And they walk on their way to James room. They saw Liza outside of the room crying that's why he run quickly to Liza and the two hug each other.
"Kuya, will Kuya James be ok?"
"Yes sweetie! Matapang si kuya James he will be ok"
"Why is she here?"
"She wants to be with us"
Liza quickly run to Dawn and give her hug that she didn't expected.
"Thank you for coming with Kuya"
"You're welcome dear. I'll never leave him specially in this kind of situation"
"You really love my Kuya?"
"Yes dear, why?"
"Ate Tricia told me to give you chance and prove yourself to me. Well, as i can see today you really love him"
She just hug Liza tightly and teary eyes. The doctor came out on the room of James with their mom and dad.
"Mr. & Mrs. Gomez, your son is stable for now but we need to Check on him from time to time"
"What do you mean Doc?"
"As of now his vital signs are normal but it doesn't mean that he's perfectly fine as like I've said before, he need to check from time to time. And as per my assessment his head was hit but not bad as what he has in his right knee, sad to say but he had fracture and he'll need an operation for that"
"My God Roberto our son!" and her Mom cried so loud.
"We'll do the operation later when the orthopedics doctor came. Sorry but i need to go. Excuse me"
The Doctor disappear and left them all in shock. Richard was sat down on the chair available and Liza run to her parents as she give hug to her mother while Dawn come nearer to Richard to make him comfort.
"Everything's gonna be ok Babe. I know he'll survive it"
"I don't know why it should happen to her. Bakit siya pa?"
"Shhhhh. Wag ka ng magtanong ng ganyan, walang may gustong mangyari yan. Just relax alam ko sa tulong ng Diyos malalagpasan niyo to"
He just lean his head on her shoulder while Dawn rubbing his back to feel comfort. After a few hours in the hospital the doctor who will do the operation has come arrive. They now put James at OR to start the operation and it will took another hours of waiting for them that's why they decided to let Liza take a rest by sending her home. Anita and Roberto don't want to go back until the operation has not yet done. While waiting.....
"Dawnskiii hindi ka pa ba muna uuwi? Kanina ka pa nandito ah. Madaling araw na. You need to take rest. O Kape"
"Thanks. Ayoko pa muna siyang iwan. I'll just want to make sure na ok na ang operation ni James before i leave" a deep breath thrown.
"Oh ang lalim ah? ano naman meaning nun?"
"Hindi muna ako makakauwi nito. I'll call mom and dad later para sabihin"
"Ha? What about my graduation? i mean nagpromise ka na pupunta ka"
"Next week pa naman diba? Maybe next week medyo maayos na ang kalagayan ni James so pwede muna akong umuwi diba?" She massage his temple feeling dizzy.
"Hey are you ok? I told you magrest ka muna"
"Siguro dala lang to ng pagod"
He assisted her at the chair near to them when Richard saw it, he run faster to their place and sit beside dawn.
"Love, what's wrong?"
"Nothing. Medyo nahilo lang ako. Maybe dahil sa pagod"
"Umuwi ka na muna at magpahinga. Ok na ako, kasama ko naman si Mom and Dad eh. Here's the key Pare of my car, pakihatid na muna siya sa kanila. Ako ng bahalang kumuha ng sasakyan sa boarding house nila. Paki iwan na lang ng susi kay Dawn"
"Are you sure you're ok Babe?"
"Yes Love. Ayoko naman pati sayo may mangyari mas lalo kong di kakayanin"
She hug him tightly. "Don't worry Babe, babalik ako bukas ha. And i know kakayanin ni James and operation. I love you"
"Thank you for being here Love. Ilove you too" He kiss her forehead. "Take care ha. Pare, drive safely. Paki-ingatan ang girl friend ko" he added.
"Oo Pare iingatan ko ang girl friend mo! Get well soon sa kapatid mo. Tara na Dawnskii"
Before they left, she gave him another hug and smack kiss then she bid good bye. After Dawn and Dave left Tricia arrive at the hospital after knowing to Liza that he's brother is in danger.

Tricia plan to go at Gomez residence to visit Liza but actually she wants to see Richard.
*ding-dong* *ding-dong* *ding-dong*
One of their maid open it.
"Is Liza's there?"
"Opo Mam, kakauwi lang po niya"
"Kakauwi pa lang niya? from where?"
"Galing pong Alabang kasi po —"
"Ate Triciaaaaaaa!!!!!!!" and the child run to her teary eyes.
"Hey, what's wrong?" while rubbing her back
"Kuya James is in the Hospital. He's in operation"
"What happen?"
"Nabangga po siya. As per mom may fracture po siya. Ate, sana maging ok siya"
"Yes sweetie, your kuya James will be alright. How about your kuya Richard? I mean did he knew it already?"
"Yes ate Trish. He's with ate Dawn"
"Ssshhh, stop crying Liza"
"Ate Trish, can i have a favor?"
"What is it sweetie?"
"Would you please be with me just tonight? I'm afraid of being alone"
"But sweetie you're 15 na, kaya mo na ang mag-isa"
"Still afraid ate"
"I need to go there for your Kuya"
"Ate Dawn was already there comforting Kuya and i think ok naman si Kuya Richard na siya ang kasama"
"kalma lang Trish. Wag munang uminit ang ulo mo ok. Pagbigyan mo muna ang pesteng batang to" at the back of her mind.
"Ate Trish?"
"Ah yeah. Ok sweetie i'll be with you tonight. Let's go to your room na so you can rest"
"Thanks Ate"
She fall asleep at the side of Liza and wake up after a few minutes realize that she need to go at the hospital.
"pesteng bata ka! Imbes na kanina pa ako nandun para icomfort ang kuya mo kailangan mo pa akong pataglin dito! Eh si sana ako ang kasama niya hindi yang walangyang Dawn na yun. Pasalamat ka kailangan pa kita para mapalayo yung dalawang yun. Hay makaalis na nga! Bwiset" Talking to Liza but she didn't know that Liza is half awake and heard what she said. Her phone ringing.
"Oh ano nahanap mo na ba....saan daw...Ok ok...bye..." she ended the call.
Richard is surprise seeing Tricia come nearer to him. "Trish, how did you know?"
"I visited Liza then she tell me everything. How is James?"
"He's still on the operating room. How about Liza is she resting already?"
"Yeah. kawawa nga yung bata eh kasi iyak ng iyak. Actually i should be here kanina pa kaya lang nagrequest siya na samahan ko muna siya. ayun buti nakatulog na when i left her"
"Thank you hija sa pagsama kay Liza" Anita.
"My pleasure tita. Alam niyo namang para ko na yang kapatid eh"
The doctor goes out after almost 3hrs of operation. "Excuse me Mr & Mrs. Gomez" doctor says.
"Doc, how's my son?" Roberto.
"It was successful Sir, he need to stay here for two weeks for his recovery"
"Thanks God. Thank you Doc" Roberto and hug his wife.
James is now transferring at private room for his recovery.
