I was part of the trapeze act. Megan , and I rotate the bars. When Robin started falling, I did the first thing that came to mind.
I grabbed a bar.
I performed tricks that could rival a professional to grab the crowd's attention.
Once Robin was back on the trapeze, I swing myself back to the platform.
'Where did you learn that?' Roy questions.
'Um... you are aware that I was raised by the league of assassins, right?' I ask.
'Yes...' Roy mentally mutters.
'You see, you just don't observe.' I think.
'Did you just quote Sherlock?' Artemis pitches in.
'No, I just quoted Merlin.' I reply, sarcasm dripping through my thoughts.
' Renegade, please take this seriously.' Connor thinks.
' Sherlock Holmes is a great man, and someday he might even be a good one.' I say, still quoting my favorite t.v. show.
'And that is as serious as she gets.' Robin sighs.
'I'm sorry Robin.' I think.
'Did you just... apologize?' Roy and Artemis ask.
'What can I say? Ex assassin's can be nice to, you know. I'm not always a b****. Ok... that last one's a lie.' I respond.

"You guys get Mrs. Martin to safety. I'm following him. " I whisper before springing into action. My amulet knocked against my chest as I bounded after him. Something tells me he wasn't human. I whip out my sword and shadow leap so I am in front of him.
Surprise, surprise. I'm correct! The ground shakes underneath me as an army of the undead rises from their rest. I knew he couldn't touch me. I knew after raising the dead and shadow traveling, him touching me would probably kill me.
Well guess what happens after ten minutes of sparring. if you guessed I got touched, then you're correct. Almost immediately my vision started to fade.
Third p.o.v:
Renegade's eyes flashed blue as her posture straightened. Behind the mask, Sovereign glared at the puny mortal presented before her. She placed two fingers to his forehead causing him to collapse. Unfortunately she needed him alive for now.
Sovereign's goal was to gain the trust of the team, and more importantly, Ashley. When Sovereign is at full power, Ashely wouldn't stand a chance at expelling the goddess from her body.
Unfortunately for Sovereign , fighting a magical prison every day for several millennia greatly weakened her. Even then, she needs a vessel. Because Sovereign is weak, Ashley has a one to a million chance at expelling her.
Ashley's p.o.v:
How am I not dead? More importantly, when did I capture the thief? I have had major gaps in my memory lately. Somethings up. I just hope I don't have Multiple Personality Disorder like my cousin does. (a/n: I have a total drama oc that looks sort of like Ashely.)
But that can't be, because stuff like that isn't genetic. Is it? No I would remember something like that. I have one other theory I am really disliking. Something is trying (and failing) to possess me.
