Tatiana's POV
I'm to the side of the set, watching Michael dance. It's even more amazing to see him dance in person. You can tell he has so much passion for what he does. We've taken so many takes, I've lost track. I walk back on the scene as I feel the camera filming me. I look around for Michael, and then when he comes behind, I turn. We locked eyes, and I forgot the camera's and people. I hugged Michael tightly, and he wrapped his arms around me. He had a gentle, yet strong hold on me. Like I was safe in his arms. I didn't want to let go of him. I felt the water from the fake fire hydrant spray on set on my arms. I knew Michael didn't have feelings for me and my feelings were silly. But for some reason, it was that embrace I was never going to forget.
"Cut!" yells the director.
We stop hugging and the whole crew cheers. I look at Michael and he smiles.
He grabs me in for a hug and says "You did a great job."
"Thank you! So did you!"
Before he can say anything his manager grabs Michael, and says "That was great Michael, really great! And Tatiana you did a great job, you look great on camera!" I blush and Michael blushes, he smiles and looks down.
Rachel then runs up to me and gives me a big hug from behind, and kisses my cheek.
"You were fantastic! She squeals. I smile and give her a huge hug. "I'm going to change out of this." I say to her as I motion toward my outfit. She smiles and nods as she walks over to Michael and Joe. I run to my trailer and immediately take of my boots. I hear a knock on my trailer and open it. Rachel busts in glowing.
"You can't believe this."
"What? Oh can you unzip my dress?" I stand up as she talks and works with the zipper.
"Michael is having a celebratory dinner tonight and we are invited to come!" she says gleefully.
I spin around and say "Really? Who asked?"
I question, hoping it was Michael for some reason. "It was Frank and Joe, he asked for Mike. Wait, why does it matter? she asked with raised eyebrows.
"No reason. Just wondering." I say as I start changing into my own clothes.
"You totally like him don't you?" she says with a big smile on her face.
"Whatever, lets go." I said laughing as I open the trailer door.
Later, I find myself standing in front of the most beautiful mansion. I rung the doorbell and looked down at my dress again. I had on a navy blue dress, with gold military threading on the shoulders with a low cut back. I held on to a clutch and sighed as I rocked on my heels. I was an hour early and Rachel was still at the hotel getting ready. I was about to ring the doorbell when a maid, came to his door and opened it.
"Hello, come on in" she greeted.
I stepped in and took it all in. His home was so beautiful. The floors were marble, and the ceiling was painted as a mural of the sky, with angels flying. European art was hung on the walls. I walked up to a painting of Michael wearing a red cape, with a crown on his head. It was like an old Leonardo Di Vinci painting. I sighed and touched it.
"Do you like it?" said a soft voice.
"It's so beautiful" I whispered still looking at it.
I turn around and see Michael wearing a red military jacket with gold threading, with black pants. His black, curly hair was down from its usual ponytail, with that adorable curl going down his forehead. I know it sounds weird to say a man is beautiful, but Michael was an angel. Everything about him was perfect. .
"I'm sorry I came early....." he cut me off
"No, I'm happy you came. I was so bored."
I smiled and he licked his bottom lip and laughed. "Come on, I have someone special for you to meet" he said.
I followed him down the hall into the living room. "Bubbles!" he called.
A cute monkey who was dressed in a red and white striped t-shirt, with white overalls ran toward me. I immediately fell to my knees.
"Hiiiiiiii Bubbles!" I cooed to him. Bubbles shook my hand and gave me a ball. I looked up at Michael who had his hand in his pockets smiling.
"He likes it when you roll it around." I rolled the ball across the floor and Bubbles ran after it. He grabbed the ball and ran back toward me and jumped in my arms. I laughed.
Michael's POV
"He's like a child!" she said as she held Bubbles in her arms.
I smiled and said "He is my best friend. It gets lonely here sometimes, and Bubbles is always good company. I always seem to find it easier to be friends with animals and children, than you know..."
She looked up at me with a small smile. I sit on the floor next to her. She looks at a chess board next to us. I always play by myself, or sometimes with the maids.
I look at her shyly and ask "Do you want to play?"
"Yes, I love chess." she says smiling.
We set up the pieces and started to play. So far she was winning. We laughed and talked. We finish up the game and walk out the living room with Bubbles laughing.
"You cheated!" she laughed.
"I swear, I didn't cheat! It's skill!" I said laughing.
She rolled her eyes and laughed, as she pushed back a curl in her face. The doorbell rang, and I ran to the door, and opened it. Everyone began pouring in.
"Mike!" Joe said giving me a big bear hug. We all entered the dining room. I looked around for Tatiana, but Frank grabbed me.
"We need to discuss some more business over dinner with, Quincy Jones, and some promoters who have great ideas Michael." I sigh, and take a seat.
Everyone sits near me and when I look for her, she is sitting on my 8 seats down at the opposite end. She locks eyes with me and winks. I give her a small smile. I wanted her to be near with me. I take a breath, as the maids bring out the food. This was going to be a long evening.
After a long evening, everyone relaxes and goes in the living room. I need some air and head outside the back. I walk out and see Tatiana standing looking out the estate. She is drinking coke. I smile and walk up to her.
"I really wanted to sit next to you, but..."
She cuts me off "It's okay, I know have everyone wants to be around you. I mean you are Michael Jackson." she says with her head cocked to the side.
I look down, I hate being Michael Jackson, the King Of Pop sometimes.
"I don't blame them though" she whispered looking at me.
I look up, and look into her eyes. She looks so beautiful.
"I just wish...." I began.
"That people would look at you as a regular person." she said softly. I looked at her and got an idea.
"Come on!" I said I grabbed her hand and started running.
"Michael, where are we going?" she said. I didn't answer.
"Michael!" We snuck past the guests and ran upstairs, and I opened the door to one of my favorite rooms of this house.
Tatiana's POV
"Wait, close your eyes." Michael says as he quickly shuts the door.
"Michael...." I playfully whine, but obey him.
He takes my hand and leads me into the room. I hear him flip on some lights.
"Now open" he says excitedly. I slowly open my eyes and take it all in. It was like his own world. Vintage Disney characters hung on the walls. And wax figures such as Charlie Chaplin, or Marilyn Monroe stood in different parts of the room. Arcade games, were all over the room, and there was an old fashioned ice-cream and soda bar. I giggle and walk toward the bar. I feel his eyes watching me.
"Do you like it?" he asked shyly. I spun around with a big smile and nodded. He smiled, bit his lip and looked down.
"I know this is off topic, but you look really beautiful tonight". he said blushing. I blush, and look up at him.
"Thank you" I said looking into his eyes.
We start walking downstairs to join the other guests, and walk into the living room. Everyone immediately began to surround him, and want to be close. Rachel grabs me and pulls me aside.
"Where were you?" she says with her eyes sparkling.
"With Michael." I say nonchalantly.
"Did you guys kiss?"
"No, Rachel!" I say instantly embarrassed.
"Well what did you guys do?" she says studying me.
"He just showed me around." I feel Rachel watching me with raised eyebrows, as I feel myself go crimson.
"What?" I say defensively as she shakes her head.
Rachel's POV
I yawn, and look at my watch. Most of the guests have left and it's getting late, and Joe is still talking about how great he is, the people he has worked with and blah, blah, blah. I would have been a lot more fascinated if it wasn't for me being so exhausted, and Joe being so full of himself. I like Frank though. He is more humble and his Italian characteristics makes him enjoyable to be around. But Joe is an asshole.
I glance over at Tatiana. Her and Mike are sitting on a loveseat giggling and talking. I love Tatiana, but honestly. She shouldn't be falling for someone like Michael. It wouldn't be good for her. I mean after everything she's been through, I don't want to see her hurt. Besides these kind of relationships don't last. And how could she possibly survive with a man, who is considered bigger than life itself? How could it effect her career?" I shake my head at the thought of it.
"I should get going. It's getting pretty late." I say standing up grabbing my purse.
"Yea, I guess I should too." Frank says with a yawn.
"I'll see you kid!" yells Joe to Mike. I can't resist but roll my eyes.
Mike looks up and waves us goodbye with a sweet smile. "Thanks for coming, Rachel I hope I'll see you again very soon !" he says getting up and giving me a hug (I'm not going to even lie, his hugs and touch gives you butterflies).
"I hope so too!" I say and giving a cheesy smile to Tatiana while hugging him. I walk toward the door with Frank.
"I'll call you!" Frank says while puffing on his cigar.
I hop in my car and wave.............
Then I realize Tatiana is still with Michael.
