Chapter 12. Alone.
Hope POV
I was sitting on the couch fiddling with my hands, as Louis paced across the room “Louis, babe please sit down” I said looking at him, he glanced at me quickly, he reluctantly nodded, he slowly sat next to me, it’s been a week since we went to the police station, today their telling us if they found anybody, we sat completely silent in the tense air, I don’t know why Louis seemed a lot more tense, what did him and the officer talk about when I was gone? A ring broke the silence of the room, Louis quickly grabbed the phone and stood up.
“hello?” he started pacing the room again, I sighed and looked down “uh-huh” he sat for a second but immediately stood up again “what?” he asked, I looked up at him.
Louis POV
“hello?”
“Mr. Tomlinson?”
“uh-huh” I sat for a second.
“we have a report about the offenders” I shot from my spot next to Hope, I saw her look at me from the corner of my eye.
“what?”
“we found them” I sighed in relief “but…”
“but?”
“we can’t find the one sending you messages”
“what? How?”
“well the phone keeps changing locations”
“why don’t you follow them?”
“because we tracked the phone to America, but within the next hour they said the changed to Australia, But Louis don’t worry, we’re sure it’s just a fan trying to give a scare”
“what if it isn’t?!” I yelled getting frustrated.
“Louis it will be fine” I scoffed.
“Louis?” I heard Hope say behind me, I glanced back at her.
“please Louis just believe me”
“fine, goodbye Mister Parker” I hung up the phone, I placed it on the table and sat down, I ran my hands through my hair.
“Louis is everything alright?”
“they found them and locked them up” I mumbled.
“then what’s wrong?”
“nothing”
“Louis-“
“I said nothing” I said coldly.
She flinched at my tone “ok”
“I’m sorry Hope, I’m just stressed because of tour” I said rubbing my eye, that wasn’t completely a lie.
“it’s ok Lou” I looked up at her she had a small smile on her face, I could still see the hurt disappearing in her eyes, I sighed and hugged her.
“I’m going to miss you”
“well at least I won’t be completely alone when you leave” she mumbled.
“what do you mean?”
“oh yeah I have some friends at school now”
“oh that’s great babe”
“yeah jarred is the best”
I tensed “that’s great” I said a little stiffly.
“Lou don’t worry, I won’t replace you” I said smiling at me, I relaxed and smiled down at her.
“I love you”
“love you too” I leaned in and pressed my lips to hers, she kissed back her lips were soft and warm, the kiss was gentle, our lips moved in perfect sync, the kiss slowly became passionate, I ran my tough across her bottom lip, she was hesitant but opened her mouth, my tough explored her mouth, her tough gently met mine, our toughs danced with each other.
“AH! MY EYES” we pulled away, as Harry ran out of the house again, I looked at all the other boys, Niall was laughing, Zayn just chuckled, Liam’s face was unreadable, I furrowed my eyebrows, he noticed I was watching him and smacked a smile on his face, I just shrugged it off.
Six days later-
Hope POV
“hey Hope” I looked over at Jarred.
“yeah”
“are you busy tomorrow?”
“oh yeah sorry, why?”
“oh ok, I was gonna see if you wanted to go to a film”
“oh sorry, I have to see some friends off before a flight”
“who?”
“they don’t go to school and you don’t know them”
“oh ok, see you next week”
“kk bye” I started walking away.
“wait I’ll walk you home”
“I don’t walk home”
“oh well I’ll walk you to your ride”
“ok”
We walked in silence, we reached the doors, I saw the van and my mood instantly brightened “I see my ride gotta go, bye” I opened the door and started running across the parking lot.
Jarred POV
I saw a guy get out of the van, he had black hair styled up into a coif, jealousy surged through me, he smiled at her and she smiled back, she climbed into the car and I saw that there were more boys in the van, no she will be mine, I will get her, she’s to perfect for me to let go, she will be mine, and I know exactly how to make her mine.
Hope POV
I ran up to the van and Zayn got out “ma’lady” he smiled at me, I took his hand and pushed myself inside the van.
“thank you sir”
He got in the car and closed the door, I looked back at the entrance of the school and Jarred was standing there with a hard stare, I looked away “how was school?” Liam looked like he had beat Louis to the punch.
“good” I relaxed back in the seat.
“Harry turn on the radio” Niall said.

Harry began singing along, soon Niall and Louis followed suit, I shrugged and started singing, soon after Liam and Zayn started singing too “and now were going to play a song requested by a listener” the into to what makes you beautiful started playing
Liam started with the song, singing along to himself

“since when has this girl sounded like an angle?” Zayn asked, I blushed.

“sing again” Louis cheered, I can’t even imagine what Paul is thinking right now.

“umm… “ he paused to think “oh! Hey there Delilah”

I looked at all the boys and they had their mouths hanging open “that was beautiful” Liam whispered, I smiled.
“that was gorgeous babe” Louis hugged me, I saw Liam tense a bit but I shrugged it off.
Tomorrow this won’t be here, I mentally sighed “you look sad what’s wrong?” Niall asked concerned.
“I’m going to miss you guys”
“we’ll be back and we’ll call you” Harry exclaimed happily, I smiled.
“it just won’t be the same” I sighed.
