(Jason's POV)

I sped through the streets of Malibu, rushing to get to momma waters house, hoping Tiana be there; I refuse to have Tiana walk out of my life, again.

Cars honking, people yelling from their car Windows as I exceeded the speed limit, grazing nearby cars and bringing others to a screeching halt. I didn't want the disruptions, but I had to get to Tiana; I don't know why, but something tells that she will be heading back to France soon if not today, than tomorrow, so it's crucial that I get to her today or she'll be out of my life tomorrow. I cannot lose her, again.

Soon I make it to Tiana's family home. Not half by the house, and I take my key's out of the ignition and Sprint to the door. Banging on the door, I was now calling out to her, once again disrupting the peace neighborhood.

"Tiana!Tiana! Please open up the door! Let me fix this! Please!"

After a few more seconds, the door swung open revealing a tall built man, Tiana's father.

"Jason?" He said, "son what are you doing here?" He questioned,

"Dad! Is Tiana home? I really need to talk to her. Please" I begged.

"No son, she's not here" he answered, "did something happened?" He asked

Damn it, why isn't she here, I thought. "I- I have to go" I said as I started to rush off.

"Did something happen?" Mr. Waters repeated,

"Yes" I shouted, "and I have to fix it" I finished, before getting in my car and speeding off.

The ladies neighborhood is hours away, if Tiana was leaving today, I would never make in time. I pulled my car over and dialed Maya's number first.

"Hello"

"Jason?" She said,

"Maya is Tiana over there"

"Oh boy, what did you do now, Jason?" She asked,

"Look is she over there or not, I do not have the time for this"

"Alright Jason, relax. And to answer your question, No, no she is not here, why?" She questioned. I quickly hung and dialed Catalina's number.

"¡Hola!"

"Cati' is Tiana there?"

"No she's not here Jason. Is everything alright?" She asked,

Damn it! I hung up and dialed Layla's number.

"What's up Jason?" She asked,

"Layla please tell me Tiana is over there"

"She's not Jason, why? What's wrong?"

Please do not tell me she left already. Where is she?!

An Hour Later:

I've been driving all around trying think of places Tiana would visit; I've tried beach to see if she was at our spot. I've even tried the Tea House, thinking she maybe went back there to see me. She wasn't at either one. She wasn't at any of our old spots. I was completely discouraged and heart broken; I have nowhere else to look. She may actually be gone. She may actually be out of my life for good.

For an hour or so longer, I continued to drive around, not in a hurry to get home. Alison has been calling me nonstop for the past hour. I don't have time to think about her, when I'm not sure whether or not my best friend is lost to me. I have to go another round. I have to find Tiana.

When I returned home after driving around for four more hours, I was met with Alison in the living room with the lights off, in a crouching posture with her fist in her palm. I don't have time for this, I thought to myself as I walked into the living room.

"You'll be home soon, huh?" She questioned, as she grabbed a pillow next to her. She chuckled, "You fucking ASSHOLE!" She shouted, throwing the pillow with all her strength at me.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!" I exclaimed as she stood up and walked towards me.

"What the hell were you doing with that female Jay that you had to be eight hours late?" She asked

I am not in mood to be arguing with this woman. She's the reason all this happened; Why I broke 'The Promise' Why Tiana may potentially out of off my life for good. All of this is because of her.

"I am not about to go through this with you. I'm going to take a shower and I'm going to go to bed in the guest room" I responded before attempting to walk upstairs.

"Oh like hell you are!" Alison retorted. Rushing over to the staircase and stopping in front of me, "No! We are going to talk about this, no more putting the obvious elephant in our life off" she said, "now we are going to talk about this, and figure out what is going to be done about it. You got that Mr. Cooke?!" She exclaimed.

"Alison, seriously move"

"Make me move. I'm tired of playing second to that b-"

Almost instantly, I grabbed Alison and press her against the wall. "Don't you ever call her that. Now don't say anything else to me, before I end up saying something I-"

"What something you would regret. Say It!"

"No, something I won't. Stay the hell away from me right now Alison. I mean it" I finished, loosening up my grip on her and walking upstairs.

As I head upstairs, I could hear Alison following behind me, yelling and cursing. When I entered the room, she pushed me. I turned to face her, and with a threatening tone I said, "don't you ever put your hands on me again"

"Or you'll what Jason." She countered,." I am sick of this. I'm sick of you and your 'best friend' and decisions are going to have to be made today"

"Oh yeah. What decisions?" I asked, waiting for her to specify.

"Oh you know what the hell I'm talking about. You and Tiana!"

"Yeah well you know what, there isn't anymore Jason and Tiana"

"What?" She questioned in confusion,

"Yeah she left me, again" I answered, before resuming my walk

"What you mean by again?" She asked, "wait..." she paused, "did you two..."

"Yes. For six years before she left"

"Oh, I fucking knew it!"'she exclaimed as we stepped into our bedroom, "How could you,"

"How could I what?" I snapped, "how could I not tell you?"

"So you try to stop us, hell no"

"Oh, I see." She said, staring me down, "So spending all this time with your ex was way more important than spending time with your fiancee? So she's more important than us, after all I've done for you?"

"What have you done for me Alison?" I retorted,

"What have I done!" She exclaimed inching towards me

"Alison, I've sacrificed everything for you" I responded, stepping to her, "for this relationship. I've cut all ties with my brothers because of you, "

"Don't you dare put that on me, I didn't even know them"

"They never thought you were right for me, so I got rid of them. I've sacrificed this life changing job in another state because you didn't want to leave California. "You could get a job just as similar as the one in New York" your words. I've sacrificed and sacrificed and sacrificed for you. But Tiana, I've known her my whole life, she's been my whole life and I would not have sacrificed her"

"She's been your whole life" she repeated before slapping me across my face, "you fucking asshole!" She retorted, "and what the hell have I been? A fucking place holder"

"Yeah I guess" I simply answered,

She let out a disbelieving chuckle"So what does that mean?" She asked,

"It means, I'm not sure if I want to married"

She shook her head, "That's it, that is it! Well you know what Jason, I think it's about time you make a choice"

"A choice, what an ultimatum?" I asked half-Shockingly

"Yes! An ultimatum." She retorted, "It's about time you make a choice, it's either Tiana or me. Make a fucking choice." She hissed, " I'll be at my sister's house" she finished, before storming out of the room.

I slammed the bedroom door and prepared to take shower. I'm glad she left.
